Excellent and under-rated place to stay!

Fantastic stay and I would recommend and stay again. New build, good finishings and nicely appointed. Basic amenities provided, free parking with your own dedicated lot. Potential drawbacks were you do have to drive down the carpark carefully as it's quite narrow, though we didn't have any issues as there was hardly any traffic. The reception is open for limited hours so you do have to get your requests in if any during those times. We were able to catch housekeeping who supplied us what we needed so it wasn't an issue for us.

Great location, very quiet and so close to everything in Broadbeach. Parking was simple and very safe. We never saw anyone or heard anyone on our floor and the facilities inside the appt were excellent. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

The room was lovely and the entry way was lovely. The challenge was the beds were so uncomfortable, so much that we even tried out the couch as an alternative to sleep! The toilet was also weird and splashed on the floor if you didn’t close the lid before flushing.
