Best hospitality manager I have come across

Amazing stay. Especially made amazing by the officer at the reception Tim. He was clearly the best hospitality manager I have come across in my life. I know that's a big statement but it's clearly true and I can't recall a close number 2. Great guy, amazingly soft spoken, great in communicating, great in helping out with everything - from late checkin in late checkout, moving around the place, recommendations and amazingly soft spoken. My stay was all about how good he was. I wish all the success. And Brady management will do well do keep him around.

terrible housekeeping services!! sheets were not clean (had blood stains on it), sheets did not seem to fit on the bed, toilet housekeeping services was half assed

utterly poor housekeeping services - stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping service seems to be half-assed. Bedsheets kept coming out of the bed, shampoo and soaps not refilled, bed sheets had obvious stains but housekeeping team didnt seem to notice it and did not change it, toilet was not cleaned on the last night of stay. Called for housekeeping service at 11am once and they failed to do it when service is provided till 3pm. Despite the good location, will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Second time staying at Brady. Great location and clean and big space. Just one thing was that the bedrooms didn’t have air con so it got a bit hot in the night. We had to switch the air conditioning in the living room lower hoping that the air con could flow into the room

Brady at Lonsdale has always been my parents fave stay due to its location, newness etc. recently the service has gone down and cleaning service is not consistent either

위치가 넘 좋습니다. 투어 다니기도 좋고 밤에 돌아다니기도 괜찮아요. 세탁실은 있었는데 자리가 넉넉하지 않아서 사용은 못했어요. 트램 타려면 조금 걷긴 해야하고 오르막길이 좀 있어서 체크인 할 때는 약간 힘들어요. 주변에 식당, 카페도 많아서 좋았어요. 헬스장 있는데 조그만 골방에 기구가 몇 개 있는 정도입니다.

Bra läge och en jättefräsch lägenhet. Bra med utrymme och sköna sängar. Skönt att kunna äta frukost och kunna ta hem mat om man vill det. Inga problem om man ville ha mer kaffe eller någon annat från receptionen. Gymmet var inte så stort men helt ok med två löpband. Det hade underlättat om man hade fått bokat tvättmaskin och torktumlare två timmar på rumsnummer. Då hade det nog fungerat bättre än vad det gjorde nu. Det var lite jobbigt att air controllern var riktad direkt mot soffan vilket gjorde att man inte kunde ha den på om man ville titta på tv:en.
