Nice hotel. Excellent location.

Lovely hotel. Love the concept and the decor. Had problems with the first room but the Manager authorised an upgrade to a King Room as the same style room I paid for wasn’t available. Then had a miscommunication with a member of the restaurant staff but the Manager listened to me point of view and carried out Service Recovery. It would be hard to beat the Manager’s service from the heart delivery.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour, l'hôtel est idéalement placé proche de la gare, des lieux de vie et du tramway. Hôtel à taille humaine, accueil simple mais professionnel. La chambre est plutôt agréable, bien pensée, avec beaucoup de luminaires. Salle de bain très jolie et pratique, grande. Seul bémol, le bruit du centre-ville, et les rideaux ne couvrent pas la totalité de la fenêtre ce qui laisse rentrer la lumière du jour. Autrement, je recommande pleinement cet hôtel.

The property and surroundings are great. But there are no side tables on either side of the bed which was challenging. The AC did not work in the room. Requiring to give 24 hours notice to get the room cleaned is a bit much as I would not know in advance if I wanted it cleaned or not. I would only stay at the location again if I had no other choice. The staff was friendly.
