A great place for family

The villa was very clean and tidy. The fireplace and heaters were very efficient in heating up the house. The toilet floors are heated and it is very useful during the winter. We borrowed some dvds from the reception and the kids enjoyed watching them. The view was amazing! It was a 5 min drive down to the activities area.

You see what you get! The property was super awesome! We were very impressed with the design, set up, full-fledge kitchen and even a fire place. The contact person was responsive. She connected to check on our arrival time and provided clear instructions. The place was beautiful with superb sunset view. Worth the $$$.

Nice semi detached with fantastic lake view

Platinum villa is about 1.4 km to Queenstown, an easy walk downhill but a bit of challenge walking back uphill. My family of 3 adult and 2 children stayed at the 3-bedroom 2 Storey villa. We love the layout and the excellent view !! The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The only issue I had is that the rooms have no air- conditioning and can become very stuffy during the warm days. I can open the windows to let air in but then the noise from the road becomes very loud. The master bedroom has a fan but it is noisy. Other than that we all had a great stay at the villa.

Everything was great except for Receptionist!

My group of 4 friends booked a two bedroom lake view villa for 2 nights. We arrived at the reception and after getting our room key (Villa 1), I asked the receptionist if I could get more shower gel as we had 4 people and will be staying for 2 nights. I knew we would run out of shower gel by the next day. However, the lady gave me some absurd excuses on how she could not give me more and I would have to pay for the whole set of exclusive toiletries if I wanted more shower gel. It was a pity I did not get her name but pray hard that you won't encounter this pretty lady who wasn't rude but will simply reject all your requests. (On a side note, while waiting for my turn to check-in, an old man was asking her for help with the TV channels and she did not help him resolve the issue. I thought it was the old man who was being difficult but I later realised that the receptionist was just not being helpful.) We got to our villa which was amazing and comfortable. But we were quite disappointed with the lake view from our living room. Being the first villa, half of our view was the road and we could only see half of the lake view. Totally not what we pictured and definitely not what we would have paid for given that there were so many other lake view accommodations in Queenstown. We tried our luck by going back to the reception to ask for a change in villa. We knew our chances were as good as zero with the same lady but there was no one else there. True enough.

Great family stay - scenic view to wake up to!

Excellent stay with amazing views as seen online. What impressed us was the pro active emails sent prior to our stay to prep us for the winter season ahead - even info on how to order groceries. Good location and just 5 mins drive to all the eateries and shops. Heated floors and a full kitchen setup plus the fire place were much appreciated.

Amazing place

Posh villa with breath taking sights.

Reasonable Accomodation

Acceptable experience. Rooms are clean though master bedroom sink was choked on both occasions that I stayed there. There wasn't much service at the place. Location is a bit out of the way without a car.

Generally very good quality. Some members comment if a toilet at downstairs would be best. One worker forgot to close the door one day. Alerted the management and seems it will be well taken care of. From the moment we entered the villa we were blown away with the cleanliness, the view and all the amenities that were provided. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to cook meals if you didn’t feel like eating out. The beds were so comfortable and made it very hard to want to get out of them. Waking up to that view was just spectacular and made us not want to leave. We will definitely be visiting again!
