Parking is an issue. Convenient location.

Location is great for visiting the Royal Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. Wish there was better communication on where to park and parking prices. It is difficult to find parking. The two bedrooms apartment is good for family of four or group of four friends. Ended up parking at Plaza Nueva's carpark which is about 21 euros for overnight.

We arrived late at 7pm but was given clear instructions to enter the apartment and parking. The accommodation was comfortable but we were disappointed with 3 things: 1) There was no hot water and we had to shower with icy cold water. 2) We were a family of 4, but only 2 towels were provided. 3) Supplies of toiletries etc were limited- just one soap and shower gel in one bathroom. The other bathroom was not given. No coffee/tea although there was a kitchenette. Perhaps there could be a contact for after hour assistance?

Location is great. Room is clean. I am a little concern about security as the access to the entire apartment is by an access code only. So anyone who stayed there before or know the code could get in n put. Reception is not 24hrs.

Apartment was clean, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Location was fantastic as well. My only gripe was one of the taps in one of the toilets didn't work and there were no coasters for putting hot pots/pans on the table. Apart from that, everything was fantastic and we would stay again if we ever come back to Seville.

The apartment was basic. Since the flooring was marble, it was cold and I had to wear my slippers all the times. The positive aspect is the location. Great location.

Good location. Good value for $.

Good location. Easy access to Cathedral and the central of Sevilla. Good value for $. We moved from Hotel Palacio de Villapanes to this hotel after spending 3 nights at the former paying ridiculous prices and being inaccessible. This is a far better deal. Room is basic but comfortable. It's nice to have a little kitchenette within the room. Front desk was more approachable and friendlier than Hotel Palacio de Viallapanes

Great location on a quiet street

Overall check in was a breeze. I had chosen this accommodation based on its convenient location. Some reviews on the cleanliness or rather the lack of cleanliness were true. The bins in the 2 bathrooms were dirty. This could have been easily avoided if they were lined with disposal plastic bags. The furniture looked tacky. If they were furnished with better quality fittings and furniture, this place could command at least a10-20% rate increase.
