Recommended home away from home.

The location is near to the Atocha station and there is a Dia supermercado next to the property. The kitchenette is very well equipped with necessary cooking wares but it's cabinet latches are wore and sometimes drop out during opening. Their cleaning staff and reception staff are very friendly and also willing to resolve issues fast. Well done!

Location of the apartment is above a pub. It was very noisy on weeknights. Amenities wise, WiFi was weak and dryer was not working. After two attempts, clothes were still wet.

Large, comfortable apartment & friendly service

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the apartment. It is large, comfortable and well equipped. It is also conveniently located near Metro station, Atocha Train Station and modern art museum. The front desk service is also warm and helpful.

Recommended apartment near Sants Atocha

The apartment is very new and renovation in good taste. Located within walking distance from the Sants Atocha, Sants Barcelona, Atocha Metro and Atocha Regne Metro station. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance from the apartment. Strongly recommended.

Perfect except the location

We enjoyed the aspects of living in an apartment as compared to hotel room, for eg the spaciousness, having a separate living and bedroom to lounge around, the kitchen, and even a washing machine. Eric Vokel really aced in his design for apartments. There's everything you need. Clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. Excellent customer service too. We was expecting football tickets and it did not arrive. Patricia and Victor at the reception, were outstanding and so helpful. Well done! Pool was nice, heated with different settings. The only downside is the location. Near to a metro (5mins) where you can get to all tourist attractions. But not in a happening shopping street like in Gran Via. Rail is about 15mins walk away.

Appartement très moderne, bien équipé et plutôt bien situé. L’accueil est agréable. Par contre, les chambres côté rue sont extrêmement bruyantes. Il y a beaucoup de passages de voiture dans la rue. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, la nuit peut être très difficile

We stayed in the property for 3 days and hot water was out on the 3rd night. The reception closes at 5pm so we ended up with no hot water that night and the next morning. We also had bad experience with coffee capsule supply. On the 2nd day we found there was no more coffee capsule so we went down to the reception office to ask for more and was told that we only get the first day coffee supply. This made me feel uncomfortable.

Excellent - highly recommend it

We had a great stay at the Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments. The check-in was very staightforward and the apartment was immaculately clean. Had we arrived before the check-in time there are lockers to store your belongings until the check-in time. There was everything we needed and more and the location was very close to the train station. Also very close to a metro station and nice cafes around to get breakfast if you didn't want to eat in. An excellent place to stay

The cleanliness was superb. Liked the sample of coffee, tea, and condiments. Appreciate that a small cleaning kit was provided which contained sponge dish soap, two towels, and laundry detergent. Bathroom had amenities. Very close to two supermarkets and public transportation. Liked that some historical sites were nearby. The only issue I had was that the shower/ bathtub lacked safety grips in tub or a grab bar ( tub was slippery during shower).
