The room is very very clean and properly maintained and spacious. With washing and drying machine. Staff are helpful and friendly. The location is great, Richard Burr close to the beautiful araha beach. My staying experience was wonderful.

The only drawback I can think of is the water doesn’t get as hot as I might like. Besides that the property is very quiet. Check in was easy and contactless. I left my bike out and it didn’t get stolen. Location is great. It’s very close to a diner.

Nice Aparthotel

It is a nice aparthotel equipped with a decent kitchen and laundry/dryer machines. The location is ok. The bus station just against the hotel. There are two supermarkets close to it. American Village is in walking distance. However, it will be better to have a car if you want to visit more spots around this region. Hotel provides enough parking lots for visitors.

Excellent condition apartment, ok location.

Stated in a standard room, excellent condition apartment with amenities like large fridge, kitchen with electric range, automatic A/C unit and separate ceiling fan, and washer and dryer stocked with detergent and cleaning supplies (like soap, dish liquid / cleaning sponge, vacuum). Only issue it was a little small, could have used a drawer for storing clothes. View was not exceptional, nor location, but it was safe. Optional parking garage space was a little tight to parallel park but was doable with my SUV with cameras all around.

We arrived to the hotel at 10:00PM, no body was there, we called them but no one spoke English. The owner couldn’t explain or help us. So I booked another hotel and left. It was horrible.

Nice place but poor management

The room was small and had extra furniture. Two sofas. I asked them to remove one but no luck. I also had to change my plans and even though a colleague was able to get a refund for his change I plans, I got double billed and could cage my reservation

We like everything about the property, except the microwave and the wall next to the sliding door are moldy. Even the smell of the drawers in the kitchen and the cabinet of the drawers smell moldy. There was an underwear left by another occupants inside the closet.

주방시설이 있어 너무 재미있게 잘 지냈습니다. 아라하비치까지 가깝습니다만, 아메빌 등을 편히 즐기기위해서는 걸어서(중학생 이상), 초등학생은 렌터카를 이용해주세요. 다만 숙박하는 방 5호 라인은 대로변이라 소음이 심합니다.
