Sizes n Location

The resort is nice n size for the Penthouse is very comfortable for 8 pax. located in a fairly quiet location so you need own transport to access. We have booked the Penthouse and there’s a foot bath n outdoor bath provided but the heaters is unable to provide sufficient hot water for us to enjoy these facilities

Had an amazing stay with my family in the ocean terrace room. Huge 3 storey apartment with individual toilets in each room. Ocean view in front and hallasan view at the back. The only negative is there is no elevator to the room. Highly recommended.

Not recommend to use

Their outdoor hot spring is useless. Hot water isn’t available. The rooms are not clean, many hairs on the each beds and the floors. I didn’t mention all about the dirtiness, as 6 of us are using, we thought unable to change the same as this big property. When I checked out, I mentioned and asked about the outside hot spring water, they don’t think it is something they need to do to us that they find it no problem on water. However they mentioned that if many of us use the hot water at the same time, it could be happening that the water won’t be so hot. So I did asked, it supposed to 9pax to use, we were only 6pax. What is the capability of this room? Then why do I need to pay for full amount which I can’t even use any of the facilities. The staff replied to me that “I have nothing to say”. Thereafter he said that will report to his manager and call me back, but of course never called. So much disappointment in this resort. I willingly leave those ling comments to prevent others users not to get such a bad attitude and irresponsible Velum resort.

부모님 모시고 3가족(9명) 여행이었는데 겨울인데도 매우 만족했습니다. 방,화장실 갯수보고 예약했는데 각방 크기나 쓰임새, 거실, 주방 모두 만족했습니다. 특히 야외 히노끼탕은 너무 좋은/특별한 경험이었네요. 6인이상 여행가게 되면 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다.

화장대에 거울이 없고, 청결상태가 너무 안좋았어요

늦은 시간에 체크인 도와주시던 남자분 담배+입냄새가 너무 힘들었어요,,,, 그리고 청결 상태가 너무 좋지 않았어요 침실 화장대 위에 누군가의 머리카락이 굴러다녔고 밖에 설치된 욕조도 이물질로 얼룩 덜룩 했어요 특히 화장실 물때와 곰팡이,, 시설이 오래된게 더욱 느껴졌습니다 그리고 가장 불편했던건 화장대에 거울이 없어서 화장실에서 화장하고 머리를 했다는 점입니다 난방 조절이 가능하다는 점과 가격대비 넓은 공간을 사용할 수 있는 점은 좋았습니다

가격대비 시설도좋고 나름 괜찮았습니다. 다만 문제는 24시간 운영하지 않는 리셉션에서 시작했습니다. 새벽2시쯤 갑자기 전 객실건물에 화재경보가 울렸고 영하에 가까운 날씨에 건물밖으로 대부분 숙박객들이 대피를 했습니다. 대피하는동안 리셉션은 운영하지 않는 시간이었기에 전화를 해도 자동응답만 답변했고, 당연히 가보았을 때 사람도 없었습니다. 2-30분 후 이유도모르게 소화경보는 꺼졌고 불안에 떨며 잠을 다시 청해야했지만 이미 지쳐버린 몸으로는 쉽게 잠들기 힘들었습니다. 다음날 체크아웃을 하며 어떤 내용공유도 사과도없기에 무슨 상황이었는지 물었고, 단순히 그냥 오작동이었다고 답변했습니다. 새벽2시에 다리가 아프신 부모님들까지 다 밖으로 나와서 그 난리를쳤는데 사과도 엎드려절받기로 받는다니.. 솔직히 좀 화가났습니다. 추가적으로 시설적인 면에서 불만이 있었다면, 엘레베이터가 없다는 점입니다. 저희 객실은 3층에 있었는데, 다리가 불편하신 부모님들이 정말 힘들어하셨습니다. 미리 이런점을 알았다면 예약하지 않았을 것 같습니다.

깨끗하고 쾌적하고 세탁기와 전자레인지, 각종 식기류가 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 넓고 편안하고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 다만 차가 없으면 불편할 수 있으나 제주도에 가성비 좋은 가족 숙소로 또 이용할 것 같습니다.
