The front desk staff is very friend and helpful. The location is very convenient and great. The room condition is above expectation. The only set back was the WiFi usage limited to 2GB. Overall, great stay.

Gravely disappointed with the condition of the place. Large sections of wall paper peeling in the corridor, thick layer of dust on wardrobe, large paint blisters cracking around the windows and thick mould build up on the window frames, broken heater and no AC and half completed housekeeping. The place is not being managed well and appears to be being left to fall apart.

Blending Business with Pleasure

Excellent location; last stayed there 5+ years ago (several times @ Hunter and The Terrace) but this stay was #1. New ownership I believe. As I am from overeas (albeit an NZer by birth) I had 2 days working days only to arrange private business matters and the convenience of Quest Hunter was excellent. Thanks and I will return to Quest on my next visit.

Great apartment building in central Wellington.

Lovely old 1930's building, very well placed in Wellington CBD for access to everything. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Decor is a bit dated and fairly basic, but in keeping with the age/style of the building. Excellent shower, bed comfortable, if a little firm for us. Quiet hotel, some street noise on occasion, but it's central city and that's to be expected. Check in/out was easy and the receptionists are great. Very good apartment at a very reasonable price. Recommend.

I love staying here, its so close to everything, there's two supermarkets just a 5 min walk away, and I love the mix and match art deco look. Have stayed here three times now, and am kiwi living in the US who grew up in Wellington. The location of Quest Wellington cannot be beat, I stay here rather than staying with family, because the location is so great!

There were some construction work on the streets day and night. So it was quite loud at times Room was nice and spaceous, but it would need a deep cleaning (corners, restroom extractor fan was gross, aso.). Linen were nice and clean, washing machine was awesome!! All the kitchen appliances worked nicely. I would recommend, and will most likely come back too. Thanks!

The room was clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team was also efficient and approachable. However, the Wi-Fi was quite problematic. Despite this, the staff's excellent service greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed and easily walkable around the CBD. I arranged a late check-in, however stood outside the hotel waiting for the operator to pick up for 20 minutes, a faster system would be great especially at night.

I will highly recommend this hotel to my family members and friends when they visit Wellington. The Expedia group should and must exclude Fort Street in Auckland for people to book. It is horrible dirty filthy garbage place, there is no way for tourists to know ahead of time as the website of the hotel doesn’t show. I wish I could display some pictures to expose the dark side of that hotel. The Qeast Welling is wonderful place to stay. Thank you for girls at reception which are very helpful with kindness and a work hard housekeeper.

Friendly staff. Pretty run down cupboards etc. heaters didn’t work, shower overflows and cleaner took away plates and utensils used because there was no plug in the sink or basin to wash dishes. They were not returned or replaced.

It was my second time staying at Quest and just like the first time the room was clean and well equipped. When you walk into the foyer it feels fancy and so does the lift. I will definitely be returning here again!
