Nice apartments in a nice city

Nice hotel with clean, spaceous apartments. Lovely extensive breakfast and super friendly and helpful staf. Private parking area. Walking distance from the city center. We will definitely come back.

Great hotel! Disabled street parking at the door. Full kitchen. Bright room. Blackout curtains that completely close and overlap. Dish soap and sponge supplied. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

Well maintained hotel with spacious room. The view from my room was great, the facilities and kitchenette was good. A bit of walking distance from the main drag, which didn’t matter because every tourist attraction was far from each other in this city. Didn’t use breakfast, can’t comment.

This could have been a better review, but we booked what they call a 2 bedroom suite as we were travelling with my mother in law. When we checked in, the room was a 1 bedroom. The room ad said separate bedrooms and separate living/eating area, but the “2nd bedroom” was a pull out couch in the living area. We asked for an upgrade to the room we booked and pre paid for, but they wouldn’t move us. We asked to compromise and if they included free breakfast or something, we could overlook the mistake, but they said there was nothing they could do, only that they were going to change the wording so it doesn’t happen to the next person. The surrounding area was a bit of a sketchy area, however, the only saving grace was the Italian Restaurant, Almafi, about a block away. Phenomenal food, wine and service!! 10/10!!!

Lovely hotel and friendly

Our car broke down so we had to extend our stay for a few days. This hotel was wonderful. A little more expensive as parking was €15 per night and Breakfast was €15 per person per day. I think both parking and breakfast were excessive but we were stuck. But still waiting on a receipt to be emailed from the hotel as promised because their printer was broken when we were leaving!

Property is fine. Staff is very accommodating. Room is clean and amities kept to minimal. Only clean once a week and charge for extra cleaning. Fit the price we paid it is not justified. Walking distance to train station.

A short stay in Caen.

A couple of nights stayed with the secure parking used at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious & for those wishing to produce their own food there were good facilities in the room. The window frame, out to the street, was poorly insulated from the external noise & there was cold air evident from the seals. The furniture was practical rather than comfortable. Breakfast was taken on the first morning &, though good, was more expensive than other hotels that we have recently stayed at - there was a broad selection of food which did not appear to be popular with other guests when looking at the untouched options.

No internet and kitchen not for cooking

The internet didn't work on 5th floor due to overload according to reception. This is not according to description of apartment. The kitchen is poor equiped for 4 persons. Pots and pans in poor quality. The freezer box in the fridge was icy an unuseable. There is no waste recycling system in place at the hotel.
