I loved the place. Modern, comfortable, convenient, and clean. You can bring snacks; it has a microwave and a small refrigerator. It's close to shops, restaurants, and Gran Via. It's a bit noisy at night due to the number of people who frequent the area. I recommend posting the building number at the entrance for convenience.

Very centrally located. Easy to find and access. Close to everything, including metro. Accommodations are basic (dorm room like) and serviceable. Noisy at night (ear plugs provided, for good reason).

Well located et safe hotel. We had some issues with the hotel's entry keyboard, some keys did not work well. Many little details to make our stay easier and confortable. Upon our arrival, our guest make sure that we lacked nothing.

Hotel has a great location. However the concept is kind for a younger client audience. I am 48 and was not as comfortable as I like to be. I would not recommend if you expect a more “traditional” room. Maybe 20 years younger I would had another opinion. Great customer service but it’s not you, is me….

The place is in an excellent location, within walkable distance to many attractions and amenities. Our room was facing the Fuencarral street and was very noisy. People was friendly and made our stay very pleasant.
