There is misrepresentation how La marineda markets smaller rooms on this booking page, as small rooms are apparently located at another property next door which is managed by the "same company" but has different name "Thalassa Sport" and different address. We were not even allowed to enter La marineda to enjoy whatever was advertised on the Expedia page. Thalassa is of lower standard older property and can't be considered as a replacement for La marineda. I have a question about careless transfer of personal information from La marineda to another property. Stuff from Thalassa was making every effort to convince that these two are the same but provided no access to La marineda facilities. I never experienced such outrageous situation which needs an immediate reaction by Expedia. Well, after multiple discussions with Expedia on the phone I was assured that this situation is under control and next day I'd be transferred to the booked hotel. Well, nothing was done by Expedia and local stuff to fix the issue.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Das einzige was etwas schwierig ist, ist die Garage. Größere Autos müssen Millimeter genau abmessen um in die Garage rein oder raus zu kommen. Ansonsten ist es für uns jedes Mal eine perfekte Unterkunft um einen schönen Familienurlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen bestimmt auch noch ein drittes Mal.

Excellent apartment with great views to the beach from the top floor. The balkony was big and well equipped for relaxation. Well functioning airconditioner. Functioning kitchen. Great for a family stay. Nice to have two bathrooms too.

tres belle appartement,tres belle vue sur la mer,loué pour 1 semaine , la climatisation était en panne 6 jours sur 7 et pas de chaine tele francaise pendant 3 jours, malgés sela le personel a été trés reactif.ils auraient quand mémes pu faire un geste commercial.

Décevant!

Les photos de l'annonce sont mensongères, l'appartement attribué n'a pas de vue dégagée sur la mer. L'établissement n'est d'ailleurs pas en front de mer, il est derrière un restaurant. La piscine intérieure est dans un autre bâtiment (encore derrière), pas très confortable pour faire les transferts en hiver. L'appartement est propre et bien décoré/équipé. Pourrait être mieux adapté pour les enfants, en particulier les chaises en tissu sont instables. Le balcon est sécurisé et grand. Je reste mitigée sur cet établissement, pour le prix en hiver, je pensais avoir une pleine vue mer et j'ai été déçue.

Fine leiligheter, dårlig solforhold på balkong

Det er fine og ganske nye leiligheter, men bygget ligger tilbaketrukket slik at man får solen inn seint på dagen og man får heller ikke kveldssol. Sitter også veldig åpent til for innsyn på balkongene.

Ruim appartement/spa vlakbij strand

Het appartementencomplex La Marineda is gekoppeld aan Thalassa Spa Hotel; wij hadden een benedenappartement met airco, groot terras en gratis toegang tot het spahotel. Appartement is modern ingericht en beschikt over tv, keuken met vaatwasser, oven, magnetron en grote koel/vriescombinatie, fijne badkamer en een goed bed - alleen de kussens zijn wel erg zacht. Op <1 minuut loopafstand van het strand en de lange boulevard waarlangs je in 15-20 minuten naar het centrum van Roses loopt. Spa is aardig maar enigszins beperkt. Desalniettemin fijne tijd doorgebracht.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour dans l’appartement. Le logement était propre, et la vue y était splendide. La proximité avec la plage et les magasins, est également un gros point positif. Je n’oublie pas l’équipe de l’établissement, qui est très accueillante et bienveillante. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons !
