交通便利，空間寬敞，鬧中取靜。

交通便利，離捷運站很近，距離難波只有一站，附近就有居久屋，便利商店，鬧中取靜。 房間在日本算大，又很舒適，有廚房可使用，也有餐具。 浴室有暖風功能，冬天很適用 ; 有乾燥功能，毛巾跟衣物可以使用。 美中不足就是要住滿五天才能免費打掃換床單一次。 以及付費Locker數量應該不夠用，沒櫃檯可以幫忙寄放行李這點有點可惜。
