Venus pour quelques jours le temps d’un festival, l’hotel est idĂ©alement situĂ© que ce soit pour le parc expo ou le centre ville. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien reçu, explications clairs concernant la vie et les rĂšgles de l’hĂŽtel. Petit dĂ©jeuner excellent !

Odeur chimique tenace... Fumée de cigarette ?

DĂšs l'entrĂ©e dans l'appartement nous avons tous les 4 ete frappĂ© par une odeur chimique marquĂ©e attĂ©nuĂ©e par une aĂ©ration toutes fenĂȘtres ouvertes... Nous avons ensuite du aĂ©rer systĂ©matiquement, mettre en poste un purificateur d'air personnel que nous avions amenĂ© etc... Étant sensible Ă  de tels composĂ©s mon sejour n'a pas Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able malgrĂ© la prise d'antihistaminiques... Nous soupconnons que de multiples occupants passĂ©s ont du fumer dans l'appartement malgrĂ© l'interdiction de le faire, avec tentative de masquage avec des produits managers... A moins que les pieces aient Ă©tĂ© repeintes rĂ©cemment ?

Chambre agrĂ©able avec belle vue sur la ville (8Ăšme Ă©tage !) .Coin cuisine bien pratique mĂȘme s'il manque un peu de vaisselle ( une petite casserole pourrait ĂȘtre utile) . Salle de bain simple mais fonctionnelle et avec de l'espace. Bonne literie. Pas de problĂšme de propretĂ©.

A nice round building, nice apartments. The room is very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are soft and neat. Bathroom well equipped. The outside name sign could be more bigger, this looks small. All in all a very good place for us to stay for one night!

Nous avons eu un accueil mĂ©diocre le samedi 11/03 au soir la rĂ©ceptionniste Ă©tait odieuse on Ă©tait trĂšs fatiguĂ© aucune compassion certes j’étais en tort car je n’avais pas ma carte d’identitĂ© mais aucune solution nous a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e. J’ai dĂ» batailler pour avoir le numĂ©ro de la responsable car elle ne voulait pas l’appeler. À la fin la responsable a trouvĂ© une solution. Mais il y a eu beaucoup de mauvaise foi de la rĂ©ceptionniste ! TrĂšs déçu
