Great attention to detail and communication. Talked with Will and he made sure everything was good when arriving, didn't have to do a waiting time in checking he did everything while we were on our way there which made it smooth and easier. It was OK for the price I paid and it was givingmore like a complex apartment not a hotel. It’s rundown and it needs a lot of upgrade special with pest control. Only one thing was really good that it was quiet.

Serves it purpose at a good price

Amazing location, owner is awesome.. once they rehab the property, it will be a lot better. Very small but serves the purpose if you need a place to simply sleep so you can sleep in wake up and walk out you door and take about 50 steps and you are at the beach and the strip of restaurants..

I have stayed in multiple smaller places in Hollywood in the past and this has been the best by far! We had the family apartment and while we only had 3 people, it could easily accommodate more. Our host, Will, was fantastic and we appreciate his hospitality so much! You cannot beat the location and it's just a very nice place. Thanks to Will and everyone involved!
