Nice and clean apartment Location is next to a Mall. Living room is spacious . Roof TOP pool was a welcome break from the heat! Drawbacks: Flush in the toilet didn't work . We were limited to use only one . Safe deposit box would jam all the while . They charge u for ordinary hotel bottle Rest everything else was good!

Nice hotel

The overall condition of the room was great. Location have many things to eat and pub if Borgos street is within walking distance . The only problem I encounter is the noise is still hear at 2am even though I am staying on the 20th floor. Otherwise it would be a 90% good hotel. Will still stay again if hotel near Greenbelt are full or too expensive.

Nice condotel in Makati area

Rather new hotel so quite a lot of people do not know the location. Decoration is in yin-yang black n white style. Bathroom amenities are adequate. The only complain I have is the TV. The sound will go off every 4 mins and I have to switch channels just to get back the sound which will be gone again in 4 mins. It is quite irritating. Also, the aircon light is too bright for us to sleep in. Not sure if anything can be done.

Location was good. I spent 300.00 US, so I expected a lot more than I got. 1 towel per person, no hand towel, no face cloth no bath mat, horrible. Put us in a room facing a construction site and blaring music until after midnight

Y2 residences hotel as a location works well but in reality Manila is so dangerous not sure why a person would even go. The hotel itself is ok. We got a 2 bedroom very affordable (about $70 cdn) per night which was pretty good. However, the balcony did not open and the area is under construction. They did have an awesome rooftop pool but be prepared to wait 10-15 mins for the elevator each way. Overall positive stay

Decent place to stay if you're in Makati. Walking distance to most places in Poblacion. This property seems like a hotel/condo. Some of the residents there were super loud from the afternoon til 8 in the morning. And I'm usually not a light sleeper. The aircon is cool, the wifi is reliable. It's affordable. That's about it
