It is very near to the train station, the place is quite spacious and clean. Although the place is not close to the main shopping district, you can reach there with the tram in like 2-3 stop so not really far also. There is a large shopping mall and Aeon near it and a lot of food option. Our family enjoyed the stay very much.

床很舒服，床墊不會陷下去，很好睡。 房間的燈很明亮，床頭也有燈光，方便閱讀。 可以洗衣服，晾衣服也很方便，很細心的提供衣架和夾子。 我們五個人住，房間的空間算寬敞，洗澡泡澡的空間也很足夠，八樓的熱水供給都沒有問題。

Easy stay

A great, modern little apartment, with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds. We had a ground floor apartment which was a little bit dark and cold for a winter visit, but fine for one night. Ask for upper floor if staying longer. So close to the train station, shops, supermarket etc. Just across the main road.

The hotel is next to airport bus stop which is very convenient and just walk less than 5 minutes, you can find Aeon superstore and mister donuts. Besides, the facility in room is well prepared, I enjoyed and loved this hotel very much.

Everything was amazing. The room was a complete flat with lots of room. It had everything we needed and more. So quiet! Unlike other hotels where you can hear your neighbors our flat was silent.

鹿児島滞在する際に、毎度気持ちよく利用させていただいておりますが、今回は、清掃の方が新人だったのでしょうか？今までで一番清掃されていなかったです。自分たちで綺麗にしてから利用しました。以下気づいた点です。 （今回滞在した部屋101） ●トイレットペーパーの補充がなく、備え付けのペーパーもなかったため、チェックイン後サポートセンターに連絡しましたが、対応に1時間弱もかかり困りました。 ●トイレに水垢がありました。 ●ダイニングテーブルのふきあげがされておらず、とてもべたべたしており、不快でした。自分たちで掃除しました。 ●キッチンハサミは使い物にならないです。ベタベタしていてハサミがあかなかったです。 ●家具の配置とコンセントの位置が合っていません。ケトルを使うのに、コンセントがなく、床にケトルを置いてお湯を沸かしました。小さい子供がいたため危なかったです。 以上です。施設としてはとても気に入っていたので今回は残念な気持ちになりました。是非改善していただければ幸いです。

ターミナル駅に近く立地はとても良い。 到着した時点で部屋のテーブルがベタベタだったのはショックだった。 浴室乾燥機など設備は便利。 洗濯機のフィルターにゴミが詰まっていたので不快だった。 ファブリーズなど衣類用の消臭剤をおいてもらえるといいなと思った。 カスタマーセンターさんの電話対応が残念だった。もう少しサービス業だという意識をもって欲しかった。
