Our favorite travel accommodation in Japan

We love staying at the MONday Apart Premium hotels. We have stayed at the Kyoto location twice and the Akihabara location 3 times. Very clean, friendly service. Both locations are about a 10 minute walk from the station. We rely heavily on using the in-room washer/dryer combo to allow us to pack light for our trips.

Good location/Friendly staff

Front desk staff are very helpful. The location is about 15 minute walk to Kyoto station. Hotel is near a Family Mart which is very convenient if you want to buy some food/drinks or withdraw cash from the ATM.

This Hotel was amazing, one of the best Hotel stays I have ever experienced. The communication was amazing, the rooms were like mini apartments and the level of care felt like I was staying with family. I will definitely be returning here on our next trip !

It was great. The employees were very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. We would definitely stay there again. The only downfall was the AC system but it’s probably just because we are not use to Japan heat. Overall this place is AMAZING!

Great hotel in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at MONday hotel. It is very conveniently located near Kyoto station with easy connections to plenty of historical places of Kyoto city. Hotel room was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was very nice and both check in and check out were smooth.
