It’s convenient and parking is easy. Generally safe area with good security but the property maintenance is pretty worn out. There’s smell of the sewage/plumbing (eg the covering for the basin is missing) Stains are visible on the living room floor and bathroom which gives out a old motel vibe

Spacious apartment

The location is 20 mons from Central, taking the tram is relatively convenient. Supermarket and eateries within walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood. Check in was straightforward and instructions given were very clear. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave and a small cooking area. Which we found to be a bit too small. Good for quick meals. Washing machine came in handy and easy to use. Room cleanliness was OK, could have been better. A broom was provided and we swept the room upon arrival as it was a bit dusty. Some mold in the shower area.

Location is not in city but tram station is just around the corner and it takes around 20mins to reach city center. Supermarket is 5 mins walk and restaurants are within walking distance. Apartment is spacious and comfortable
