Christmas stay

Good location, nice amenities, staying in Pigeon Forge is better for us than Gatlinburg. Really enjoyed "The Island" which had a lot of Christmas lights and plenty of shops to browse through.

I would stay at this property again. The accomodations were nice and the view around the property very relaxing. The service was prompt and any interaction with management was very helpful and pleasant. My only quibble was that there was no fan in the elevator, so it was quite warm.

The condo was beautiful and affordable. Prices are amazing for how beautiful and big the condos are. We walked around Pigeon forge for cool gifts. Then took a short but scenic ride to Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg was so so fun but very happy I didn't lodge there because too crowded. We definitely will be back and stay a whole week next time, we stayed 4 days this time.

In a great location for Dollywood. Building is a little dated on the outside but it was quiet and the unit we were in was super clean with good mattresses. A great view of the stream from all units.

Family Weekend Nice Condo

Very nice Condo, elevator could be cleaner. Parking spots are very narrow but area is decent. Need to not ask customers to bring extra toilet paper, paper towls, soap, etc, for what you pay to stay there. All these should be there already. All in though a nice place to stay while in the area.

Parking lot is easily assessable..Great communication fast response if you text with a question 😊 Pool and hot tub are nice but needs to be cleaned more often and area around the pool needs to be freshly landscaped.. This is a great convenient location for touring Pigeon Forge. Cozy 2 bedroom suite allowed enough room for my family of 6 and it was nice to have a kitchen to help save on eating out. The only negatives were VERY hard mattresses. Everything else was great. I loved having a lock code to get in without having to go through a front desk.

I felt like it was clean, which is the most important factor for me. It is kind of plain looking on the outside, but the apartment was very nice on the inside. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that our bed was not comfortable. I would liken it to sleeping on a trampoline. It was springy, but with no cushioning at all. My son said the other bed was comfortable, though.

Room CL301 we froze every night we complained about the heat not working, the tubs clogging, the sinks clogging, master bedroom and living room missing blinds you can see right in. You can tell They didn't clean because the tubs had rings in them and the kitchen sink had hair in it all the cups were oily touched. the office said the issue was resolved while we were out on Christmas eve and came back to nothing being touched or done we set things up to see if they was going to move anything to fix it or you can tell if someone came in the room because whats behind the door would be moved but no it was all in the same place when we got back we left 11AM on Christmas eve to give them plenty time to come and fix our complaints we returned at 10pm to nothing being done or touched my 4 children all have colds from the condo feeling outside we paid good money to Stay there and nothing was done 2/10 don't recommend

Enjoyed staying at this condo. However, the elevator smelled like fish and just got worse over the two day period. My guess is someone spilt their dinner in there but there is no good air flow in the elevator. Could use some air freshener and to be added to the daily cleaning process. Took the stairs when ever possible as the smell and the heat really contributed to a very unpleasant and almost unbearable stench. Office services were great! Left my work laptop there and the team was super supportive - recovered the laptop. Thank you
