Convenience. Close to multiple convenient stores like Lawson and 7-eleven, Dontobori is walkable from the property plus locations is in a clean and quiet area.

Convenient to Metro

This was very convenient to the Metro station and convenience stores. One of the beds was not comfortable, more like a box spring than mattress. Cute little kitchen and awesome shower pressure. They got back to us right away when we needed to extend due to having a late flight. We would definitely stay there again for the cost and convenience. Thanks

Too many house rules, which makes the stay uneasy and unwelcoming. The apartment was spacious but accommodation was dated with lumpy bed and stuffy room. We were afraid of turning on the ac or use other provided device and appliances because of the threat of extra charge for over utility usage or breakage from the house rule. There’s no room or any type of service where you will have to use the same towels throughout the entirety of your stay, which I don’t recall was noted in the hotel description or information. Will not stay here again.

We booked a room for 4 people. They only gave us one blanket and said they would charge me extra for more. Also there was heavy construction outside our window. It was so bad we actually checked out a day early and found another hotel. The only positive is the location is good.

駅が近いですが女性だけだとちょっと心配です。 マンション前は外国の方が座って楽しくお話してます。 ちょっとごめんなさいねと通りました。 何回か出入りしましたが毎回違う外国の方だったので溜まり場になってるのかな？ オートロックですが全体的に薄暗く年季の入ったマンションです。 民泊専門？なので外国人の方とすれ違ったりエレベーターで一緒になったり緊張感がありました。 部屋の中はまぁ困ったことはありません。 普通のマンションの一室といった感じです。 ホテルのほうな清潔感はありませんが汚くもありませんでした。

Property needs maintenance. Beds are too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Only 1 pillow per person and one blankets for 2 people. There is a washer, but no dryer, so yoi need to hand clothes on balcony, which is very dirty and dusty. Noisy from construction next door and traffic. Positive, close to Metro line, convince stores, some restaurants and building has a lift.

This appartment was great with a quick walk to the main tourist destination but also a quick walk to the subway. Was able to get everywhere quick. Loved the fact that the wifi was quick and was able to make a call home.

Check-in muito fácil, apartamento há poucos metros da estação de metrô. Tem que caminhar uns minutos até Dotonbori, mas não muito distante. Anfitrião muito atencioso. Esqueci um objeto no local e prontamente me avisou por email. Recomendo a todos.

ユニバーサルスタジオへ家族と友人6人旅行で利用しました。ユニバから車で20分くらいですぐ隣にコインパーキングあります。 普通のマンションの1LDKの一室です。部屋は正直それほど綺麗ではないですし部屋のニオイが気になりましたが、最低限の掃除はされていましたしシーツは清潔です。 お風呂は狭めですがセパレートタイプで子供大勢いたのでありがたかったです。 この料金で大人数泊まれて何の不満もありません。むしろまた利用したいと思いました。

写真では白飛びして外観の色が違ったので建物を探すのに少し戸惑いましたが、内装や布団は清潔で良かったです。 ただお客さんが普段触らないんだろうなというところ(歯ブラシ置き場など)にカビっぽい黒い汚れがかなり付いていたので、☆5には至りませんでしたが、短期間の滞在には満足しています。

カトラリーやタオルは人数分用意されていて、とても良かったです。 ただ、洗濯機はあって良かったのですが、室内物干が無いのが残念です。 タオル干しくらいは欲しかったです。
