A week at Gold Coast

Unit was reasonably well equipped, i.e. kitchen and washer/dryer. Aircon powerful and necessary on hot summer days. Great view of seaside! One improvement needed is the cleanliness of the bedroom (with twin beds) and the utensils.

A nice cosy apartment with a bedroom, small kitchen, living hall + balcony. All of the rooms are Ocean-facing. Location is a big plus point as its really near to Pacific Fair mall. Free parking is available and checking in & out was a breeze. Definitely will return again in future.

It's pretty good overall - for it's good location near the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Casino, Bus-stops/tram. The opening hours of the concierge is a little less than perfect ; it is not what as per stated on your website of a 24 hr service. Opening Hours are weekdays 8.30am ~ 5pm, Sat & Sun 9am ~ 3pm. My guess that it's stated as 24 hrs because there is a number to call if help is required. The personnel at the call center can be friendly, however as they do not work on site, their assistance to our queries can be limited as well. We did get a little panic as we arrived after office hours, however, help was given when we rang at the entrance.

Good location; next to Pacific Fair Shopping Mall and near to the beach. Property is secured as well as parking garage. Need wireless key to access both of them. Quiet environment. Washer and dryer are located in the toilet. We did the laundry every day that enabled us to wear a new set of clothes every day.

Apartment is nice and view is fantastic. However it will make our stay better if they provide tissue or kitchen roll and bottle dish washing detergent.

Nice apartment close to the beach

Location was convenient just 5 min from Pacific Fair mall and 10 min from OASIS mall and a wide rrange of eateries. Just 5 min walk to the less crowded but equally nice beach.

Great stay

Good view of the sea and 5 mins walk to Pacific Fair. Kids enjoyed the place. Nice and clean rooms. Did not provide enough amenities and had to get it from the service staff. Service staff only available during certain periods of the day.

Badly maintained property

Stayed here for four Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. While I like location, room space and view. I am very disappointed with maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. 1. As soon we checked in room was smelling horrible, we reported to reception and house keeping person came for inspection. He agreed that room was not cleaned properly and asked me if it is ok clean next day or we want it to be cleaned today. I inisted on same day to which he was fine. Cleaner came and worked on room for an hour and it was liveable now. 2. Bath tub plug was missing and we could not use bath tub 3. Sofas are tool old and peeling off at many places 4. Carpet hasn't been replaced for years and doesn't feel clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ocean Pacific and would recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for a beautiful quiet spot with views to the ocean. Easy walking distance to shops, dining and beach as well as Pacific Fair. The unit was extremely clean, neat and tidy and we felt at home there. Nice and spacey 1 bedroom apartment. Staff were very helpful and friendly which we appreciated very much.
