Terrible communication, rooms dirty, front desk staff with minimum, if any, intention to help. The communication only by wapp makes everything hard and delayed. Bugs in the bathroom made me complain twice, they tried to fix without lucky and could not switch my room due to lack of availability. Had some family visitors who went to visit me but they could not get in because they would need to be registered through the website and run all the hustle online, we had to stay outside, which is not the best safety option. Location is great but service and staff made my experience terrible.

No internet, since first day , I called by WhatsApp app, there’s nobody there to help. By the app, they just said to open a ticket to send someone there to fix the problem, nobody went there, every day the same . Horrible service, I need to work and used my cell data . If you don't plan to use the swimming pool, it's better to stay at a proper hotel. Uploading the requested documents is a time-consuming and unreliable process. I arrived at the property close to midnight and wasn't sure whether I was registered or not.Congratulations on making efficient use of the space, but the table at the foot of the bed creates a claustrophobic feeling and makes it difficult to move around the bed.

Be careful when booking Charlie properties. In my case, they contacted me the same day I was supposed to check in to inform me that I had to stay at Charlie Pinheiros due to “emergency maintenance,” which was 25 minutes away from the original location. This happened just before I boarded my 7-hour flight to São Paulo, which arrived at night, so I had no chance to complain. The rooms were smaller, of lower quality, looked cheaper, there was no iron, the bathroom ventilation was noisy, and the ceiling was stained with moisture. After they promised compensation for staying in a completely different place than the one I had booked, they only refunded a small part of the first night. I honestly felt scammed. I recommend not taking the risk of booking one of their properties and then being suddenly moved to another location.

My previous stay in the same property 2 years ago was excellent. This time, the room seemed a little dated. It smelled of mold upon entering, bathroom shower had a broken tray so the bottles had to stay on the floor and dingy walls. The worst part was the lack of communication. I needed to extend my stay last minute and they never replied to any of my messages on WhatsApp, and the worse was when my brother and wife, came with me in order to assist with my check out could not enter the lobby, not even to wait for me there. Embarrassing and unjustifiable. They had valid documents, if asked for, and were there just to help me in the lobby to take my luggage, so this is not a justifiable security reason. I would not be using any of the Charlie properties again when visiting Brazil.

Bom custo benefício. Usei apenas para dormir, então serviu bem. Ache o quarto pequeno (fiquei no 2009) e as instalações pareciam um pouco velhas e sem o cuidado que deveriam receber. Mas isso não me atrapalhou

Boa opção

Quarto novo e bem decorado com boa localização. Para l check in não ser o número de confirmação da Hotéis.com, tem que pedir pelo WhatsApp do Charlie o que não é muito prático, mas deu certo. O quarto tem black out mas não é 100% e de manhã fica muito claro e tem barulho da rua, não tem vídeo anti ruído.

Studio excelente para solo ou casal

A qualidade dos móveis e design do studio é excelente! Além disso, a área de lazer é muito completa, contando com academia muito nova e bem equipada. Um ponto de atenção é que o anúncio falava que caberiam até 3 pessoas, mas o studio é muito pequeno. Somente funcionaria para três pessoas se fosse um casal e uma criança (poderiam deixar isso mais claro no anúncio). Além disso, o sofá-cama também não é dos melhores. Então, acredito que o studio funciona muito bem para quem estiver sozinho ou para casal. Um último ponto de atenção é que a plataforma do Charlie não conseguiu importar a reserva do Hoteis.com. Mas quando entrei em contato com o Charlie via Whatsapp fui muito bem atendido e consegui fazer o check in rapidamente. No geral, recomendo e pretendo voltar a me hospedar.

Ótimo apartamento. Pontos de atenção relevantes: comunicação apenas por robô, foi muito difícil cair em um humano para resolver de fato nosso problema. Não há isolamento acústico, dessa maneira, escuta todo movimento da rua durante a noite. Fora isso, o apartamento é ótimo. Cama super confortável, banheiro ótimo também.
