Went for a quiet and relaxing week of winter sun with my partner and the stay was perfect in all details. The villa was big and very comfortable. Breakfast is well served, great size heated pools. Hotel staff were friendly and kudos to the housekeeping, everything was so clean!! Highly recommend it

Fairly quiet region with good connections to GC1. Well groomed pool region and kind personal. Cleaning could be improved and kitchen utensils also. Fridge temperatures were too high ( 10 C) despite adequate adjustments. Outdoor views were terrible.

Great 3 star hotel.

This property for a 3 star is exceptional value for money, beautiful grounds. I would suggest a car if your stopping here couple of restaurants near small pizza bar love and hate great. I think shuttles are available. Parking on site couple of euros per day, safe a euro a day. Pool sude food and bar good value not over priced. Plenty of beds, massive pool. All in all great value property.

Great value for money, though a little dated.

Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much. Still very nice though. Facilities: hotel had all sorts facilities, 3 pools, pool, mini golf, tennis, basketball and a good view of maspalomas including the dunes in the distance. However the heated pools weren't heated much and we're too cold unless the weather was perfect Staff: very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room on arrival. Overall: overall the value for money really can't be beat and had a great stay, just wish it was longer!

Absolutely loved the place! Stayed with my sister and the kids and we had a terrific time! The pool area is lovely and so relaxing! The fact that the pools are heated is a biiiig plus! The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony terrific! We could see the ocean and the dunes. 😍 Special thanks to the lovely and kind cleaning ladies who do an absolutely terrific job and made our apartment look spotlessly clean each day! Thanks Palm Oasis, we can’t wait to come back!!!

This is a gem of a find. The hotel grounds were very pretty, the pool was nice, clean and we did not have an issue getting loungers (we went off peak though). The villas were well kept and spacious. The staff we friendly and helpful at all times. There is a taxi rank around the corner from the property and a bus stop within short walking distance. Overall it was a good stay and we felt it was great for what we paid. The only negative was we had an issue with a cockroach in our room but that was not due to uncleanliness but common in the Canary Islands.

It is a true oasis. The pool is amazing and heated. The grounds are spotless and the gardens the best we have seen them. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We usually self cater here but this time opted for half board and we’re not disappointed. Buffet choice was good and staff were happy to help out my husband who has a dietary allergy. Only negative was the lack of a good lounge and bar area. As there is nowhere to walk to in the evening, you are left with two English to channels, a trip down to Maspalomas by car/taxi or your own entertainment. We have been to the hotel at least six times over the years and it never disappoints.

Mycket handdukar på solstolarna tyvärr..

Vårt favorit hotell sedan många år , toppen härligt men tyvärr har det även här blivit så att man lägger ut handdukar för att boka solstol från kl 07 kanske vore bra om någon gick ett varv vid 9 tiden och samla in alla handdukar utan ägare :-)
