We picked the studio and we knew there'd be a pull out sofa but it wasn't as comfortable so we would have preferred the one bedroom with a proper bed. Other than that everything was good and it was affordable.

L'accueil est chaleureux et le logement était trÚs agréable et bien sécurisé. Toutefois l'accueil ouvert à 17h c'est un peu tardif. Ma grosse déception est qu'il n'y a pas de wifi pourtant précisé dans l'annonce ! Alors pourquoi ?

SĂ©jour de deux nuits, trĂšs bien situĂ© non loin de la mer, propre, un trĂšs bel accueil par la rĂ©ceptionniste ! Merci a elle. Appartement rĂ©cent, facile d’accĂšs, sĂ©curisĂ© (temoin de quelques jeunes faisant du bruit sur le parking vers les coups de 23h, la sĂ©curitĂ© a trĂšs bien fait son travail), parking gratuit avec numĂ©ro. Piscine chauffĂ©e Un bon sĂ©jour auprĂšs de cet Ă©tablissement ! Petit point nĂ©gatif : literie pas bien confortable.

Le studio en soit Ă©tait bien avec un agrĂ©able balcon, mais tous les midi et tous les soirs le hall d’accueil du bĂątiment Ă©tait occupĂ© par des personnes soient en train de manger ou en train d’écouter de la musique qui ne faisaient pas partis de le rĂ©sidence !

A voir dans le temps.

Etablissement neuf, dans un quarter en développement complet. Se sont des logements différents appartenant a des propriétaires différents et décorés avec gout. La clim n'est que pour la partie RDC du logement et il faut chaud dans les chambres. Pas de barriÚre enfant pour les escaliers. Nous avons fait le ménage à l'arrivée car trop moyen, Les petits jardins sont sympas mais il ne faut pas tomber sur des voisin bruyants. Place de parking avec les logements. Mer à 10 minutes a pied et accessible avec une poussette. Piscine complÚtement a l'ombre l'aprÚs midi et bondée avec des jeunes qui courent et jouent au ballon.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la résidence.Il est trés bien situé.Le personnel est sympa et discret.Juste un peu déçue le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de transat et de barbecue.Le logement est trÚs bien dans l'ensemble.
