Friendly staff and a lovely stay!

Really friendly staff and a lovely stay. The kitchen is a little rough around the edges and could do with a few different types of glasses (and maybe a toaster) but it was a lovely apartment overall. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linen really clean and good quality and the shower is nothing short of fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay at this location in Düsseldorf. It was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and an easy walk into the Altstadt. The staff was very friendly, and we felt right at home. It was perfect for a family stay with enough room for everyone. Highly recommended!

Loved this relatively new build apartment hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the accommodation is high quality and well maintained. My only slight disappointment is that the few English speaking channels in the tv were all news related. But I know you are supposed to be doing things and not watching tv all the time. Still a couple of movie channels would be helpful fill in down time.

A Splendid Hotel

Attended the Medica exhibition. We booked the 2 bedroom suite. The hotel is new and in excellent condition. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Excellent Supermarket in the building next door. The staff and hotel owners were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the chocolates and fruits at the lobby. The owner of the hotel recalled my kids loved the chocolates, he ran out to hand my kids chocolates when we checked out. So thoughtful of him ! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Düsseldorf. Thank you so much !

We have just returned from a 7 night stay and we were really impressed. Our apartment/room was fabulous, really well stocked with everything we needed and more! Everything was really good quality; cutlery, plates, the glasses werent cheap..really nice quality. Washing machine and dryer was avaliable for free. The air con was fab and quiet. (The only negative was the pillows, they were awful, in comparison to everything else and seemed cheap) We had breakfast every morning. Also, fabulous. So much choice; fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, cold meats, yogurts, pretzels, honey, and your usual bacon scrambled eggs etc. Again, decent cutery, napkins, plates etc. Staff are lovely, in the reception there was always chocolates, sweet treats, fruit and coffee to help yourself. Overall, would definitely recommend here to stay. Well done fourty three apartments, keep it up. And Thank You!

Schoon en modern hotel

Het is een prima schoon en modern hotel. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. In de receptie kunt u lekker Chocolade en dadels proeven. De kamertemperatuur ging niet meer dan 20 grade hoger. We vinden het dus wel te koud. De bedden waren ook niet echt lekker.(rugpijn) U kunt de hele nacht de tramgeluiden horen. ik vind dat een beetje storend. Maar er is niks aan te doen helaas.. Verder Manager van de receptie was aardig en de laatste dag hebben ons een gratis ontbijt aangeboden.

Het appartement was schoon, netjes, iedere dag schone handdoeken, bedden netjes opgemaakt, zelfs bij mijn kleinzoon zijn knuffels leuk op de kussens neergelegen. Ruime appartement, overal is aan gedacht, keuken netjes, nergens iets op aan te merken. Personeel erg aardig. We gaan daar zeker weer terug komen
