Perfect base for a couple of days passing through Lyon. Easy to park and ideal for exploring the Tete d’Or. Rooms were clean and had had good amenities, easy access using key cards.

Everything in the apartment was good but it would be better if it was a little bit more clean Because there was a lot of dust inside the cupboards.

This is not a hotel but a managed apartment. Checkin was slow and 1-hour early checkin was denied. No cleaning service during my 2-night stay. They even wanted to charge 10 euros to get a towel. Minimum amenity. Worst part: Expedia price was 10 euro more than the front desk price.

We got an apartment for families without division into zones. However, when we booked, pictures of the apartment had a wall. Living with two adults and two teenagers in one room was uncomfortable. It was not proposed to compensate it somehow.

First the property is hard to find and is located behind the main road and buildings - this is challenging if you are coming by car. The front desk person couldn't communicate in English and after an exhausting day and getting lost due to lack of clear directions, it was a frustrating experience. They offer breakfast but when we arrived the day old croissants were still sitting by the front desk and they took them to the back and stored them - not sure we wanted to consume those croissants the next day so we got breakfast from a cafe across the bridge which was really good.

Room was full of dust, I've talked to reception and they offered a different room but it was in worse condition. Kitchen utensils were dirty and damaged. No change of towels until a week. They are using probably same detergent as shampoo, handwash and detergent. Sustainability goals shouldn't get in the way of proper hygiene.

Séjour au top même si court étant donné que je ne passait que la nuit dans la chambre car j'étais là pour un festival. Je ne peux que recommander cet appart - hôtel .. Le rapport qualité prix ne peut pas être plus parfait !

Une résidence remarquable

Commençons par l'accueil, excellent avec un sourire et une empathie très agréables. La chambre très spacieuse était d'une grande propreté, avec le matériel nécessaire pour faire sa cuisine si besoin. Le seul bémol vient des résidents, qui ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres. Une mention à l'entrée des couloirs serait un plus. Les fumeurs qui fument à leur fenêtre sont irrespectueux. Impossible d'aérer. Il y a pourtant une terrasse dédiée aux fumeurs au 7e étage ! La situation géographique est excellente, au coeur de la cité internationale.

En voyage pour aller voir un spectacle à l’Amphithéâtre 3000, parfait pour l'emplacement. Literie irréprochable, calme, bien desservi pour accéder dans le vieux lyon. On reviendra .... un petit bémol : la température de l'eau pendant la douche, chaud... froid .... chaud... Froid

4 Night stay during business trip (solo)

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Lyon for the Congrès de Lyon, and it was an excellent experience. The location could not have been more convenient—just a one-minute walk from the conference venue, which made attending sessions and networking incredibly easy. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, almost like a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area—perfect for longer stays or simply having the comfort of extra space. Their breakfast, offered at an affordable price, was more than sufficient to start the day well. I also really appreciated the staff at the front desk. They were consistently respectful, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a seamless and comfortable experience that I would definitely recommend for anyone attending events at the Congrès or visiting Lyon for business.

Dejeuner a revoir mais pas que....

Bien mais petit déjeuner pas bon du tout. Pour 12 euros il faut faire des effort !!! Literie trop dure. Il faisait tres chaud dans la chambre et si on ouvrait la fenêtres on avait droit aux multiples coup de telephones et conversation de la voisine...
