Great property in a central location. Apartment was incredibly spacious with ample room for our family of five. Kitchen was great to have. Most places don’t have air conditioning in Mexico City but there were fans in each room and it cools down considerably at nighttime. A few minor things- no paper towels, water sometimes wouldn’t turn warm/hot, but manager was always available and receptive. Gym was great to have but bikes and treadmill could be replaced. Walkable to restaurants, shopping. Such a great area. Highly recommend!

The apartment is adequately furnished. However, even in winter, the sun bakes the bedrooms for most of the day, elevating the temperature all day long and making it very difficult to sleep. There is no air conditioning, and the property has only a poorly functioning fan. The area is extremely noisy all day and all night long.

As soon as I arrived in the apartment, I complained that it smells like sewage. They claimed they checked it, and that they couldn’t fix it. It was a horrible smell that became worse during the evening.

SCAMMERS DIRTY NOISY PROPERTY 1. The hosts are SCAMMING renters. We booked ULIV Polanco and later realized they had placed us in a different property without telling us. Once we made it to ULIV Polanco, they took us to what seemed the back of the property; but this one turned out to be a different build with a different entrance. We were not made aware of this. We felt scammed and unsafe. When we searched this other property, the rate was almost half compared to what we had booked for ULIV Polanco. 2. The TWO hosts never picked up our calls. We had to calm a different ULIV property to get some answers. 3. Dirty apartment with old stained linens and towels. There was no soap to clean the dishes in the kitchen. 4. The apartment had very little ventilation and smelled musty and was very dusty. Multiple members of our parties struggled with dust allergies throughout our stay. 5. There are NO fans/ventilators. We were there for SEVEN nights and asked fl them on night one, they were never made available to us. We were there during the heat wave of late June. 6. The apartment is very noisy since it’s in the back and there’s a lot of echo coming from the streets and parking lot. You can clearly listen to the conversations the staff is having downstairs.
