We had a fantastic stay at Catania Hills Residence and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Sicily! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The lady at reception (I wish I could remember her name!) was incredibly professional, patiently explaining everything in detail and setting the tone for a great stay. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly and helpful throughout. The room we stayed in was amazing – incredibly spacious, clean, and perfect for a family of four. Honestly, we had so much space to spread out! Parking-wise, it's so good to have our own private garage! Super convenient, especially since we had a hire car and were doing day trips around the area. The location is perfect if you have a car – we had no trouble driving to Catania, Naxos, Taormina, and Syracuse during our stay. And having a EuroSpar just across the road was a real bonus for stocking up on groceries and snacks. The swimming pool is beautifully maintained – immaculate, really – and the kids had an absolute blast. All in all, Catania Hills Residence was a brilliant base for our family holiday, and we’d happily stay here again.

Sehr netter Empfang, schönes sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit Blick auf den Pool bekommen. Parkplatz hinter einem Tor - sehr sicher. Wir haben uns dort richtig wohl gefühlt und auch sehr sicher. Man sollte ein Auto haben.

Au calme un peu à l’écart de Catane

Accueil sympathique de Gaetano qui vous amène jusqu’à l’appartement Résidence : architecture « surprenante » (très béton : normé antisismique peut-être ?) L’ appartement était grand, bien équipé et très propre. Belle piscine mais un peu frais fin avril 2022 pour la tester ! La résidence est bien située pas trop loin du centre de Catane. Petit supermarché pile en face.

Séjour du 26 juin au 2 juillet 2019. En vacances avec nos 2 enfants , nous avons jamais vu de soleil , ni même un peu de vue , nous pouvions presque toucher le mur d'en face!!! Obliger d'allumer la lumière, même en pleine journée. Salle de fitness inexistante , tout le matériel HS. Obliger de payer 5 € par personne pour les serviettes de toilette alors qu'il es indiqué , compris dans le prix. La facture donné sur place , pas le même montant que débité sur mon compte. Loin de tout. Sinon, supermarché en face bien pratique, garage individuel fermé.

Résidence tout confort, disposant de garage individuel privé. Accès facile proche des voies de communications vers Catane ou l'Etna.Quartier résidentiel calme, supérette en face de la résidence. Si nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement d'appartement nous offrant encore plus d'espace et de confort, nous avons regretté la fermeture de la piscine et du Spa, dont l'ouverture était pourtant annoncée. Supplément non annoncé pour le linge de toilette. Electroménager complet mais vaisselle minimale ne permettant pas réellement de cuisiner. Télévision satellite sans chaîne française.

Unsere Wohnung war riesig und ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut, bis auf das Geschirr. Das war sehr knapp bemessen. Eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Wasserkocher wären schön gewesen. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher. Das Auto steht in einer Garage.

Big and nice rooms. However we got a smokers room and were not offered a replacement room. If you do not appreciate the heavy stench of old tobacco, you should probably not choose this hotel.

große unpersönliche Wohnung, sehr hellhörig

die Wohnung ist sehr groß und verläuft über 2 Etagen. Die untere Etage haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Dort befindet sich auch nur ein riesen Raum mit Doppeltbett und Schlafcouch und eine Mini Bad. Der Abstand zu den Kindern war uns dann doch zu groß. Somit haben wir auf einem der beiden Schlafsofas geschlafen. Die Kinder im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen essentielle Dinge, wie Toaster, Wasserkocher, scharfes Messer, Schneidbrett, Pfanne und völlig unverständlich für Italien, es gibt auch keine Weingläser. Es gibt auch nur Espressotassen. Wer mal Tee trinken will, muss ein Glas nehmen. Davon gibt's aber nur 4. Es gab eine Espressokanne für 2 Tassen (Espressotassen). Die Wohnung ist aber für 8 Personen ausgelegt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann noch eine zweite Kanne bekommen. Dafür gibt's einen Geschirrspüler. Den wir aber auch nicht genutzt haben, da das Geschirr sowieso nur für eine Mahlzeit ausreicht und dann wieder benötigt wird. Unsere Wohnung lag zur Straße hinaus und man blickt auf einen sehr hohen Zaun. Es gibt eine riesige Terrasse, aber ab 10 Uhr morgens keine Sonne mehr. Da wir ca. 30 Grad hatten, hat uns das aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Bäder sind insgesamt sehr beengt. Oben gibt es eine Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, sowie Waschbecken, Toilette und Bidet. Dann nochmal eins mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Bidet. Unten ein kleines mit Dusche und Toilette, Waschbecken im Vorraum. Der Pool war ganz nett auch das drum herum.

Séjour d'une semaine en famille en avril. Un peu déçu par rapport aux avis lus avant le départ. On nous a attribué l'appartement A5 côté rue et côté nord : beaucoup de bruit car beaucoup de passage de voitures le matin dès 7h et pas de soleil de la semaine sur la terrasse. Dommage ! on était venu chercher du calme et du soleil. A l'accueil, on ne parle pas français mais italien et anglais.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement très spacieux

Excellent séjour à la résidence: nous avons été upgradé le premier jour par notre hôte, très sympathique, dans un très spacieux et luxueux appartement, avec très belle vue sur la mer et le golfe de Catania. Il y a un bon supermarché juste à coté de la résidence bien pratique pour faire les courses à pied. Le parking couvert est également un plus pour garer sa voiture à l'abri. Un GPS ou assistance maps est nécessaire pour trouver l'endroit facilement. A coté d'une route assez fréquentée, mais l'appartement est très bien isolé du bruit. Il manquait par contre qq verres et services en plus, et des chaines TV internationales - seulement en italien - pour que cela soit parfait.
