Quiet retreat

An ideal hotel for families & longer stays. Pretty grounds, lovely indoor & outdoor swimming pools. Well equipped kitchen & modern bathroom. Hire of towels is extra, also a hair dryer.

Dump avoid like the plague!!

Avoid like the plague, this place is a dump, the place is dirty and needs a lot spent on it, if you like cleaning it making your own bed, you can rent sheets, no towels no soap, nothing to clean the place with unless you buy the 5 euro cleaning pack. Watch and not brake your neck getting out of the shower, just save yourself the hassle at 200 euro a night just get a hotel, no WiFi unless you pay for it, like going back to the 70’s

We waren te vroeg, maar gelukkig konden we vroeger inchecken. Eenmaal in ons huisje bleek er een kakkerlak in de keuken te zitten. Gelukkig kregen we meteen een ander huisje toegewezen. Die was wel in orde. De huisjes zijn ruim. De zwembaden zijn wat gedateerd, net zoals de hele site. Ook de ligging is wat vreemd, midden in een industriegebied.

Fransk "feriekoloni" uten sengetøy, håndklær, dopapir, restaurant eller butikk. Dårlig buss forbindelse. Må ha bil. Lås til dør var ødelagt og føltes ikke trygt. Endte opp med å bestille nytt hotell i Saint-Malo sentrum.

Endroit parfait 1 semaine, à éviter pour 2 nuits

Cet établissement correspond certainement bien pour un séjour d'une semaine mais pour 2 nuits , ça ne convient pas. Même si les draps sont fournis , rien n'est prévu pour les courts séjours : il n'y a rien pour préparer un petit déjeuner et il n'en est pas proposé au restaurant de l'établissement, on nous demande de faire le ménage mais il n'y a rien pour , pas d'éponge ni de produits, ni torchon ni chiffon. Bref , ça ne convient pas à un court séjour.

Logement b21. Propre dans l ensemble. Mais: Isolation acoustique problématique. Bruit des pas sur escaliers et chaises sur le sol carrelé . Aérations encombrées de poussières. Canapé lit sale. Grille pain sale et vétuste. Radiateurs vétustes. Passage de l eau sous le pare baignoire , problème du joint. Support balai wc rouillé. La porte de l armoire de chambre ne ferme pas. Lits superposés bruyants au moindre mouvement car manquent de rigidité ou de fixations murales. Radiateur (sèche serviette ?) de salle de bain en très mauvais état et vétuste.

Pas bien entretenu piscine, très très froid froide

Pour être honnête, ce n’était pas très bien entretenu. Je ne me plains jamais d’un hôtel. J’en réserve énormément tous les ans mais celui-là était catastrophique. On nous annonce une piscine. La piscine est à 23°. Personne ne veut aller dedans. On ne voit personne se baigner car l’eau est trop froide, on ne peut pas ouvrir le lave-vaisselle parce qu’il y a des panneaux en bois en dessous qui empêche de l’ouvrir c’est vraiment dommage l’endroit à tout pour plaire mais c’est vraiment mal entretenu et une piscine à 23° ce n’est pas possible surtout quand on annonce piscine couverte c’est sûr on reviendra pas

Résidence de vacances et non 1 hotel, il a fallu que je débourse de l'argent afin d'obtenir 2 serviettes de toilettes. La télé était un supplément ainsiq ue le wifi !!! acceuil ouvert a des horaires de touriste (8h/11h puis 17/19h ) et personnel très désagréable incapable de sortir une facture pour les montants payé sur place (il faut que j'apelle le siège) ++plus jamais

loin de la ville et des premiers commerces, voiture obligatoire. Petit extérieur du logement sympa, mais direct avec les voisins,un petit arbuste serait pas mal en guise de séparation. Un tarif brut, tv en supplément, et pour avoir internet dans le logement encore un supplément... piscine int un peu froide, piscine ext en travaux cette semaine là... pas de chance...

Very dirty, the beds were full off other people hairs, the kitchen was very smelly, spider webs everywhere, the staircase was very dirty, we were unable to sleep. Our stay was for two day but we left at 8 am the following day and booked another hotel. What was meant to be a nice weekend in France it turn out to be a night mare,

Logement propre et fonctionnel, confortable pour 2 personnes, devrai suffire pour 4 personne pas trop exigeantes. Les alentours immédiats ne sont pas top top, chantier juste à côté et dès que l’on sort on tombe directement sur la zone d’activité. La résidence en elle-même est joli. Accès au centre de Saint-Malo en 15min très facilement. J’ai trouvé le prix élevé surtout en basse saison ou seul 10% des logements étaient occupés

Zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung und für den günstigen Preis in Ordnung. Das Schwimmbad ist zum Schwimmen aufgrund der geringen Tiefe in weiten Teilen des Beckens ungeeignet. Für bis zu 6 Personen in einer Ferienwohnung steht lediglich ein 1-türiger Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung ... Aufgrund einer Baustelle waren selbst in der Nebensaison die Anzahl der Parkplätze nicht ausreichend.
