A good location with free onsite parking

We booked this place because it has onsite parking which is hard to find in Lyon area. If you do not drive to the hotel, it might be challenging to walk to it with the luggage. The hotel meets our need.

Overall great stay

Overall a great smooth stay. Highs: The views over the city The staff communication and friendliness. The room was good size Comfy beds Location is up a hill but not an issue Close to main areas Lows: Sadly bathroom hadn't been cleaned and shower was dirty. Dishwasher was full and not cleaned Hot rooms even with windows open. However the above didn't really effect us. Would stay again.

No AC, so it was warm-they did provide a fan. Outside of the main attractions, so without a car it was about a 10-15 walk to get anywhere of interest. Super helpful personnel.

Honestly It would have been ok if it had air conditioning. I was sweating like crazy. I could not open the windows because the first night I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. That elevator needs to be fixed...looking at the other reviews it's been broke for some time.

Everything was fine until the Sunday night techno-music concert. We were not informed and had to get up at 4:00 am to catch a plane. Not a good night’s sleep. Everything else was good, including breakfast. Mercí encore.

Sofa bed was a camp bed. Worst bed in my life. Wireless was not working in half the room. I had problem with my safe and I had to call 4 times to get it unlock. Finally the phone was not working.

Hormis un emplacement de choix j’ai du mal à trouver des points positifs pour décrire notre séjour. Chambre surchauffée au chauffage bloqué, odeur d’humidité, mal insonorisé, sale et literie usée. C’est vraiment dommage car le bâtiment est joli mais ça n’a absolument rien d’un trois étoiles. Au Check out on ne vous demande même pas comment c’est passé votre séjour… Une fois plus jamais.

O hotel é bom porém tenho algumas questões, tem cozinha mas não tem pano de prato, sabão e bucha. Tem lava louça mas uma bucha, sabão e panos de pratos são essenciais. A cama de casal é composta de duas camas de solteiro, quando o casal se aproxima as camas se afastam.
