Along with 2 outdoor pools, this smoke-free condo building has Access to hot tub and an outdoor tennis court. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, concierge services, tour/ticket assistance and barbecues are on-site. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. Will definitely go back. Our room was spacious with three sliding doors onto two big decks. One deck was covered for meals and one open for sun tanning. Clean, great tv channels is always a bonus. Staff very friendly. Complex just gorgeous. Pool was great too.

Our unit has excellent ocean view watched beautiful Kona sunset every day itself worth price of admission. Kitchen very well stocked, water kettle for tea would be real nice. Facility quite dated but very clean well kept n maintained. Staff mostly friendly helpful. Parking is an adventure each day entrance n exit quite challenging be careful if driving larger vehicle. Finding parking spot can be crap shoot. Good location minutes drive from everything in town. Would definiely stay again when back on Big Island.

This is an amazing place to stay if you want a quiet vacation spot. There is two pools and one is adults only with a hot tub. The views of the sunsets from the property are breathtaking. It’s great to have every creature comfort as home with the full kitchen and washer and dryer. We will definitely be taking a trip back here in the future
