Great hotel at a fantastic location

Perfect location, nice and comfortable apartment. Very clean and staff are very hospitable and helpful. Will definitely recommend!

Close proximity to shops,restaurant and shopping malls. Very good and helpful staff. The setback is the water heater seems inconsistent. The temperature of the water will vary very different with slight turn. Overall very good apartment.

Good location

Good location. Easy access to/from bus station via 33 bus and walkable to the Alhambra if you don't mind the steep hill. Excellent communication with the apartment managers before and during our stay. Apartment would feel more homely with a few pictures on the wall. One of the comfy chairs was splitting but bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very easy check in / out. Kitchen is Well appointed for light meals. The street is full of middle eastern restaurants and stores. One block from the main street and everything you want.

This property was very clean and big. Great communication however that night was freezing and they didn’t turn on heat until we did it and it never got warm. We were freezing. Also there is no elevator and we were on a third floor with a lot of luggage.

We love the location in the layout of the apartment! Some more detailed instructions regarding the washing machine would’ve been appreciated and also the Expedia listing for this property says that there is a dryer included so you might want to update that. The property manager allowed us to use the washer in a different unit when our washer door refused to open, and that was much appreciated!

숙소 자체는 좋으나 15시에 들어간다고 여러 번 고지함(이메일과 전화). 그러나 15시까지 방이 준비되지 않았고 17시에 입실할 수 있었음. 서비스가 좋지 않음.

The location of the hotel is the best feature in general and the apartment itself is quite spacious with a fully equipped kitchen which is nice. The room was very clean and it was a nice touch for them to leave a bottle of wine to enjoy.

(한국) 가성비 최고, 다시 그라나다에 와도 이용할 생각 있습니다.

바셀-마요르카-말라가를 거치며 가성비 최고였음. 주방 있음. 엘베 있음. 일교차 큰 날씨에 (오전 12도 오후 26도) 에어컨 난방 다 됨. 걸어서 5분 거리에 로컬 식당 타파스 투어, 한식당 등 다 있음. 문여는게 좀 당황스러웠지만 금방 해결. 알함브라궁전 하나 때문에 그라나다에 2박 했는데 개인적으론 말라가보다 좋았다. 말라가 5박을 줄이고 여기 더 있을걸 ㅠㅠ 제일 아쉬운건 오래된 것 같은 수건과 물이 잘 안빠졌던 세면대.

Overall good stay and in a great location

Overall a good stay. The location is great and the discounted parking in the San Augustin parking garage worked out fine. The room was modern, large, and comfortable. You will definitely need to communicate with the staff about check in time since even during the day no one is working at the desk (but they can meet you in about 10 minutes after you contact them). The biggest downside of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. One of the living room pillows clearly had a large food stain on it that wasn't clean and there was a lot of dirt and a Q tip under the furniture. But I'd consider staying here again.
