Not what was advertised and no money back

The location did not have the bed setup as preferred, the view was not as described. We were forced to move to another hotel at 1 am. No refund or any consideration offered.

Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up

This BNB is in a fantastic location right in downtown. The host was communicative and helpful with answering questions. The walls were paper thin (you could hear everyone in the building coming and going), and the towel hanger as well as curtain rods both fell upon trying to simply access them. Overall I'd say the value was decent!

Fabulous view and location

An incredible view and fantastic location make this flat a great spot. We had a car and were able to find street parking close by every day. I didn’t score this place a 5* excellent as the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. I believe this becomes the second bed if booked for 3 but there is no way it would be comfortable. The BbQ restaurant below is fantastic, but be aware you may need to book.

Muy limpio y cómodo todo, el lugar bastante céntrico, y la atención y comunicación con el anfitrión excelente y muy accesible. Sitio muy recomendable para los turistas que visitan Bariloche.

Apto incrível! Igual as fotos do site! Confortável! Tem um agencia wester union pertinho, degustação de vinhos na frente, vários restaurantes bons muito perto, só atravessar a rua. O ponto negativo é que as sextas e sábados a rua fica muito barulhenta e quase não dormimos, isso deve acontecer com todos os quartos que ficam de frente para rua san martin

Localizado num ótimo ponto.

O ponto mais positivo do apartamento é, sem dúvida, a localização. Contudo, nas imagens, ele parece ter uma vista para o lago, mas, na realidade, não dá para ver nada. A comunicação com a pessoa responsável pelo atendimento também deixou a desejar; não é uma pessoa muito cordial e o atendimento é bastante automático, com muitas restrições e demoras nas respostas. Além disso, o quarto oferece pouca privacidade acústica, o que significa que você ouve tudo dos outros quartos, resultando em um barulho constante e perturbador. As cortinas também não bloqueiam a luz adequadamente, o que compromete o descanso. Quanto à varanda, ela é praticamente inutilizável. Em resumo, a experiência ficou aquém das expectativas.
