The room exceeded my expectations and was spotless with amazing views, the staff were amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, my son wants to live there :) We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed an overnight stay at Bondi 38. What a lovely, modern, clean and well appointed apartment. Conveniently located and with a beautiful view. Customer service experience was outstanding, we will definitely stay again!

My husband and l had a very comfortable 4 night stay at Bondi 38’apartments. The view over to the beach was amazing and the property manager, Vicki, was very accommodating and let us check in early.

As a solo female traveller the apartment's where fantastic. In a great location across from the beach and with secure codes to get into the building and the apartment I fel very safe. Lovely and modern with everything you need, some nice touches of quality teabags, milk and even some bickies. Highly recommend and will stsy again. Some mugs in the kitchen would be nice though please 🙏

We would happily stay at this apartment again. We appreciated the ease of access and the communication. Seeing this is an apartment it would of been appreciated if you would allow basics to be left from guest to guest as we've experienced at other apartments i.e. olive oil, salt and pepper that type of thing. We really appreciated the 'real' milk in the fridge and the abundance of soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Definitely would stay again.

A/C not working but overall great

Overall the stay was amazing. It’s in a prime location and the balcony is a plus. The gelato shop down the street is amazing. The only downfall was the AC didn’t work. They did try to fix it but we were only there for two days. The first night was miserable because how warm the room was and the second night they put a fan to improve the overall night.

Great location and fantastic views but we were disappointed when we arrived to be told there was no parking available and if we wanted a place in someone’s garage it would be an extra $45 per night and a seven minute walk away when we’d already paid $450 per night $10 per hour street parking available. Wine glass had lipstick on it, no power point in the bathroom and very hard to wash your hair with the lack of water pressure in the shower. Apart from that quite a good place to stay.

We were asked to call mgmt when we arrived in, but could not call because American phones didn't work. This left us in doubt for several hours. Also, the checkout time was not communicated to us in email or otherwise. We did store our luggage temporarily in basement lockers. The basement was not clean and we saw a dead roach. All that said, it was a perfect location for Bondi Icebergs. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
