Un lieu qui semble presque luxueux et qui finalement est sale, abimé et sans service... La porte d'entrée était cassée et remplacée par un rideau! Les deux baies vitrées fondu en de multiples morceaux. Impossible de les fermées, une ouverture de 10 centimètres de chaque côté qui laisse passer le froid la nuit, vous voulez du chauffage? ne demandé pas d'aide à l'accueil, ils ne viendront pas malgrè le belles promesses. le chauffage ne chauffe que la salle de bain. Vous avez faim? il vous suffit de manger les miettes des anciens occupants! ne comptez pas vous relaxer avec un massage si vous êtes un homme, accès vous y est interdit! et pour regarder la télé, il m'a fallut acheter des piles...

Not the best but also not the worst.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and the mattress is comfortable but the place could do with a general refurb. The apartment we stayed in was difficult to get to for my wife as she has a back injury and there were a lot of stairs. The lift was out of order so we had to take the stairs. Definitely not a wheelchair-friendly place. The front door to our apartment was broken and couldn't be closed properly so it got pretty cold in the night. The walls in the apartment are super thin and we could hear the neighbours having a conversation at pretty normal volume. Just something to keep in mind.

Prix très correct en basse saison, joli studio, belle vue mer. Mauvais point : le wifi est de très basse qualité et le réseau 4G n'est pas top, la résidence étant à flanc de colline.

Pool closed

Excellent location for Monaco, steep hill and lots of stairs but not a problem for us. Apartment and area was clean enough some residential units on the plot as well. The pool which is amazing and not done justice by the pictures was closed, this was a big selling point of this apartment. I was told when i asked it was seasonal but it was 23 degrees all week. The tourist tax i was charged was more than advertised in the apartment and wasn't mentioned in the ad online. Close to everything by car, 15 mins by steps down to the station

Excellent séjour en famille.

Séjour en famille hors saison très agréable : logement 2 chambres et canapé lit (2 adultes/3 enfants), propre, literies confortables, grande terrasse, vue magnifique, tout équipé (Nespresso, frigo, lave vaisselle, machine a laver, ustensiles, télé, wifi...). Place de parking sécurisée. Il faisait beau ce qui a été encore mieux. Je recommande.

Sara goes out of her way to accommodate guests and their needs in both a friendly and professional manner, even giving me keys to several apartments , so I could chose the one I preferred, rather than the one I had booked, and also arranged for a sunlounger to be brought up for me.You can’t beat these views or value for money anywhere along the Côte d’Azur I believe. The outdoor infinity pool is divine, drinks are available all day , and breakfast was served at my apartment on the dot at my request at 8.30am. The breakfast as Sara kindly pointed out was simple , and told me exactly what to expect which I was quite happy to accept so I didn’t need to go out. If you do there are various shops in the village to cater to your needs. As a single traveller I felt comfortable and safe, and would totally recommend staying here. I’m at a loss as to some of the negative previous reviews, as I found all the staff and especially Sara , nothing but accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much of an effort , and by the way I totally recommend treating yourself to their own riviera champagne. It’s fabulous. Thankyou for making my stay so pleasant. I will be back .

The pool was fantastic and clean. We had a wonderful room with two bedrooms and a gorgeous view! The amenities in the hotel were excellent. We had everything we needed in the little kitchen. It was close to everything we wanted to do. But the hill prohibited me from walking.
