Quiet off Strip hotel, peaceful stay. Easy walk to Westgate casino next door. I didn't like that the room windows cannot open for natural ventilation.

Quiet hotel away from the Las Vegas stripe. Those who want to stay away from the buzzling Las Vegas Blvd and smoky casino, this is the hotel. However we drove so it's convenient for us. It might not be that convenient for those who prefer to take public transport.

Near the convention center and monorail

When I arrived at the hotel I was surprised by the size of the hotel room. It felt like a small apartment - with a living room and full kitchen.

Off the strip, good if you have a car

Quiet, off the strip. Need to use public transport to get to the main area with the other hotels (Bellagio, MGM etc) unless you have a car. Not walking anywhere in the vegas heat. Beautiful kitchenette attached to the pretty awesome room. Sofa bed not particularly comfortable as can be expected. King bed great tho.

Disappointed the pool was closed . Also no robes as indicated on the website. Loved the size of the room. We had a soaking tub that was so nice, big enough for 2! Location is great, the monorail is very close. No extra charge for parking. Would stay again.

I booked a studio with 2 queen beds but ended up staying with my friend in a studio with 1 queen bed for the first night due to overselling. This change was basically a "downgrade," but they didn't offer any compensation actively. I got my resort fees waived after communicating with them two times. The most unacceptable thing was that when I brought up the issue, one of the night-shift agents (a lady with short hair, not the one who handled my check-in) said "You can cancel it if you want." And it was at 1:30 am. This made me question Hilton’s commitment to customer service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Quiet and Cozy

Our stay was amazing. The hotel gave off a tropical/beach vibe. It was quiet, clean and cozy. We did unfortunately get there when they started construction on the pool area so it was closed. It is convenient to the monorail and close enough to the strip to visit but not deal with the craziness.

I reserved a hotel with breakfast but the hotel said they do not have breakfast. You still said you are a hotel with breakfast. It’s a fake information, and I will never come back to this Hilton.
