Friendly staff however I believe there are people living there too and the noise was extremely loud, playing loud music in the middle of the night, had to notify the front desk which they seem to know where the noise was coming from but was cleared right away. Overall the place is nice and all staff was great.

We stayed at Larkspur for 8 weeks after moving back to Oregon. There is nothing negative to say. The entire 8 week stay was nice, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Stairways smelled of old food and carpets needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was basic. Overall experience was decent and we felt safe. If you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep and shower this is a good option.
