Nice stay

Hotel and service are good value for money. Breakfast was good, decent choice. View from our room facing the ocen was very good. Nice little balcony to sit on. Room was a decent size. Really good selectiion of tv channels. Service from all staff was good. Nice little rooftop pool. One problem if your room faces the oceam. From 7pm to 11pm the bar directly opposite the hotel, Ocean Lounge Bar pumps out really loud techno rap music which makes yoour room vibrate.Not the hotels fault but spoils your stay.

It's the 3rd time I've stayed at this property. Good points: Friendly staff at reception and Guest Services. Very close to the beach and seafood restaurants if that's what you like. Bad points: Noisy surroundings with lots of traffic sounds and loud music from the stage on the beach. (I was staying in a room facing the beach.) Furniture in the common areas show some 'aging'. Staff at the breakfast buffet (eye counter) was nonchalant and seemed uninterested.

Convenient to walk to the beach. Room Size was spacious with a in-build kicthen. The pool was small and not well sheltered under the sun. Suggested to go up there early morning or afternoon when the sun isn’t too strong.

WARNING: Super noisy!!! You can’t sleep

There’s beach live music until 11pm with club music and DJ shouting all the time. Even afte the live music finishes, there was some sort of party going on outside and became quiet only around 3am. Then the music and party started again at 5am for people who came out for sunrise. This is no joke, we stayed in an ocean view room, which made it even worse as the music was on beach side. I would never go again.

Good location, nice view, excellent breakfast

Everything is above average from location, to staff, and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast that cost only US$8-10 depends on on-site promotion. I didn’t book the room with breakfast but I can purchase it the day before if I want. Very good spread with the best fruit station I have seen. It would be 5 stars if the water heater can last enough for 3 person. Can’t believe got water runs out half way during the second person bathing.

Cheerful hotel with magnificent view of the beach.

The infinity pool on the 23rd floor has a spectacular view of Danang's coast line and for watching sunrise. The pool gets crowded though with shutter happy people so don't expect yourself to do laps and have a work out. Housekeeping could be more detailed as often I would have to request for shampoo and shower gel. Furthermore, on 2 of the 6 nights we stayed at a la carte, I had to redo the bed as the sheets were very crumpled and needed smoothing out. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

Great stay

The bed and pillows are really comfortable. The pools are quite small but the view from the pool make up for everything. It was easy to cross the road over to the beach. The staffs are friendly. I will be back to this hotel if i am coming back to Da Nang again

Good experience, nice hotel and location

It was a great location, we took the ocean view hotel and we got a room that is facing the beach. Overall was a good experience. All the staffs are friendly and assist us immediately when we have any queries or issues. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Do not have much high expectation for the infinite pool, most of the time are packed with guests and outside visitors. It meant for photo taking than swim.

lovely view from the swimming pool

the hotel is very new, modern and clean. It is right opposite the beach. there is nothing much in the vicinity, but everything is a short taxi ride away. costs approximately US$3 to 4. Breakfast was great. The pool was amazing!

Generally happy with the stay, however it was quite disappointing that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. My friends and I booked this hotel only because of the swimming pool, and friends recommendation for this hotel was for that.

Terrible customer service and hotel staffs

We booked 2 suites at this hotel for 3 nights due to the good rating online. However,we found that the customer service and staff attitude is to our disappointment during our stay despite the money spent. We have to wait till 3:30pm in the afternoon before we could get one of our room although the check in counter told us to come back and check in at 2pm. Not only that, we tried to borrow extra umbrella from the counter due to bad weather and big groups, the hotel staff is giving us attitude and straight away rejected our request and ask us to use the only 2 big umbrella we have in the room for 9 people! Not to say also that we couldn't rely on the staff for extra info on places to go for local foods..etc. 4 star hotel? We seriously do not agree with that and there are definitely other hotels along this beach which are much more better and worth the price.

Location is good and hotel is clean and chic.

The interior finishes of the hotel was great and nicely design. Also, the restaurant at 2nd floor serves very good seafood and very good service from the waitress, Ms Tam. I was unhappy about the corkage charge of VD$300,000 imposed on the red wine I brought for the dinner which were unreasonable and too high for any hotel guest to dine-in.

A great find in Da Nang Beach

A La Carte was great. Rooms were large and oceanviews breathtaking. Staff are helpful but housekeeping's lack of English proved frustrating as everyday was an issue to obtain an additional towel and bottle of water as there was 3 of us. The room whilst clean and bright had a musty odour at the bedside. Chinh came to check up on us the day before we checked out. She said they would do something about the smell but nothing happened. She also provided us with a late check out to compensate for this. Breakfast buffet fantastic. Al a carte dining in Fish Ca restaurant was great. The best part was the roof top bar and views. The Spice Spa was amazing - we went everyday. This is not a hotel for people who are afraid of heights as all facilities are located on the 23 floor with glass from floor to ceiling. There is live music directly across the hotel which is very loud but we didn't mind it as we are late sleepers and the English music was good.
