The apartment was very new and the kitchen was fully equipped. As this is part of the SP34 group, there was free wine daily from 5-6pm which was a good touch. Unfortunately, there are areas for improvement - we got a room that was facing the mainstreet and our masterbed room window was just next to a bar. For 2 nights straight, we could hear shouting from the streets all through the night, which disturbed our rests even when we had all the windows closed. Additionally, the kitchen light was not working and we reported it to reception twice but nothing was done to fix it. Overall, the price point, cleanliness and location made this stay value for money - if those points could be ironed out, I would give it another chance and stay here again.

Nicely setup rooms with plenty of space and good view. Heated floors in bathroom was a plus, with all the necessities included. The hotel also has free wine hour and nightcap, which was welcome.

The apartment is great and very well thought out. It’s decorated nicely and has everything you’d need to cook and clean while staying. There was construction in and around the hotel which made for a noisy daytime. Our shower didn’t fully work properly (the handheld did but the fixed part didn’t) and wasn’t fixed during the 3 night stay even tho it was reported Lovely atmosphere of hotel with the wine hour etc. would stay again once construction is over.

Everything was great. Especially the personal is very customer friendly. The appartment was clean and has everything they promised. The bar is also a nice place to meet people and have a nice drink. I will come back for sure.

The apartment was in a central location for access to amenities and the hotel reception. Was well equipped for what we needed and staff friendly and helpful. We stayed 5 nights and the room didn’t get serviced until the 4th night. The main draw back of the apartment was it was located on a very busy junction and there was noise all night from traffic, emergency services and late night party goers. Got very little sleep.

This was a great hotel - we highly recommend if you’re staying in the Copenhagen area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the added 5pm and 10pm “happy hours” were a great bonus! We really enjoyed the overall vibe of the hotel and appreciated the central location.
