The room was small. So was the bathroom. There was only one bath towel. I had to request for another one. Unfortunately, no bottled water was given.

Positive I like the Complimentary Parking inside the Hotel. I will not book a hotel with Complimentary Parking somewhere outside, mainly for my car's safety and also convenience. It happened to rain for a while and we don't get wet going to our car! The view from the window is good. Can see the Twin Towers. It is reasonably clean and cosy. Negative The Staff did not tell us that there is a Complimentary Meal. I only noticed it when I was using our Breakfast Voucher. Overall On the whole, it is value for money in the centre of town, near our Meeting Place! Good!

Old yet charming, value hotel

Definitely value for money. Although it's an old hotel, it's a pleasant place to stay in. Great location. You can walk to the big malls and the food street is just behind the hotel.

The first room came with cockroaches. We requested for a change of room but they could only gave us a twin bed room instead of a single bed room. Its pretty run-down budget hotel. The only plus point is the location. It was right in the middle of Bintang Centre with food, shopping and activities.

The hotel was near the bukit bintang station, hence it was convenient to get there. There were also plenty of shopping malls around the area, making it a great location to stay in.

Good budget stay with complimentary breakfast. Walking distance to many shopping malls around the region and a lrt station. Free parking as well. However, sometimes the staff can be rather inattentive, service was compromised.

Very Accomodating Front Office Staff

Arrived from Singapore at extremely fast time. Bus Arrived at 3am in the morning instead of 5 am as scheduled. Due to Hotel rule I can only be allowed checkin at 2 pm. Amazingly the front office saw me sitting at the lobby from 3am and took pity on me and allowed me to checkin earlier at 11am. which is a tremendous relief. managed to shower and nap and went on a shopping spree later in the day refreshed. Kudos to the good front office people.

Quaint hotel with excellent location

Nice and rustic hotel right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Has been around for ages but hotel amenities are well kept. However, on our second night, a band started playing really loud music right below our room. It kept going until 2-3am. Word of advice, take the rooms that aren't facing the main road to avoid this. Breakfast was simple but tasty, a set meal with local and western choices. Parking with a 24/7 guard was also available. Overall, a rather pleasant stay.
