A estadia foi boa. Acredito que o único problema mesmo seria a distância para o centro, pois pensávamos que seria tranquilo não utilizar o carro... Mas nada que possa ter nos aborrecido.

“Kilandu Village: Descanso, Confort y Excelencia

Kilandu Village es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse en Búzios, combinando comodidad, ubicación ideal y un servicio excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegas, te recibe un espacio impecable, con atención al detalle en cada rincón. Los colchones de alta calidad garantizan noches de descanso absoluto, lo que es esencial tras un día explorando las maravillas de la ciudad. La limpieza es sobresaliente, con un nivel de cuidado que transmite frescura y confort en todo momento. El parqueo privado cerrado con portón eléctrico es un gran plus, ya que brinda tranquilidad y seguridad para quienes viajan en coche. Saber que tu vehículo está resguardado mientras disfrutas de tu estadía añade un nivel extra de comodidad. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable: muy cerca de la playa y de los principales atractivos turísticos, permitiendo aprovechar al máximo todo lo que Búzios tiene para ofrecer. Sin embargo, lo que realmente destaca es la atención personalizada, especialmente por parte de Lucas, quien hace que cada huésped se sienta como en casa. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con una actitud amable, su dedicación convierte la experiencia en algo inolvidable. Kilandu Village es mucho más que un lugar para quedarse; es un espacio donde te sentirás cuidado y cómodo, perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Preço muito alto para o que se propõe. 1) Longe do centro; 2) Moveis muito simples; 3) Rua muito barulhenta; 4) Sem nenhuma tv a cabo; 5) Chuveiro pingando a noite toda. 6) Sem contar que nao tem cafe da manhã( isso eu já sabia) Tinhamos feito uma reserva de 4 dias, mas só conseguimos ficar 1. No dia seguinte fomos procurar outro espaço. Pagamos outra hospedagem em uma ótima pousada bem no proximo ao centro com uma grande piscina aquecida e cafe da manhã muito bom, com uma cama de primeira qualidade, pagando o mesmo preço. Resumindo: pra cobrar esse preço precisa melhorar muito.

Acomodação ótimo, o ambiente do condomínio é muito agradável, seguro, tranquilo, silencioso. O apt por dentro é excelente, tem tudo disponível na cozinha, estava tudo bem limpo, ambiente agradável demais. Recomendo!! As praias são perto, andamos em búzios de Uber, todas localidades com pouca distância, e ao redor tem farmácia, padaria ..

Incrível! O local é ótimo. Perto de tudo! O atendimento excelente! Tudo bem limpinho! O pessoal gente boa demais ! Acho que deveria ter uma opção de taxa de limpeza, já que ficamos vários dias , não seria incômodo pagar a mais para uma limpeza no ambiente (lavagem de banheiro, troca de colchas e toalhas).

Excelente localização perto da praia da tartaruga e fica a 20 minutos de caminhada da rua das pedras o apartamento é bem espaçoso com um quarto, dois banheiros, sala e cozinha. O único incômodo é que o sofá cama estávamos em 3 pessoas) é muito desconfortável. Otimo lugar para viajar recomendo.
