Location was great, very near surfer's paradise and easily assessable via tram. No view of the beach as its covered by other tall hotel buildings. Special arrangement to be made if u are checking in after 6pm or before 8am as reception counter will be closed. I reached at 6pm+ and the reception counter was about to close, but they did the check in for me. Aircon at the living area was spoilt. Hope they will get this fixed.

Not so pleasant unfortunately.

Stay only if on really tight Budget. We rented two rooms, both had a queen size bed in a bedroom with attached bathroom (note: washer n dryer in this same bathroom too) and one had a double decker bed while another has a roller single bed and these were in the living area beside the kitchen. My mum felt very insecure n as if she was sleeping in a kitchen (just so you know how it feels like). Items are old and a bit run down, one of the chairs was faulty, one of the dryers' door was a bit damaged though dryer still work while the other dryer didn't work, clothes were just not dry. Oh! And hubby Killed a huge cockcroach after the third attempt and boys were busy dealing with ants! Location wise still acceptable as walking distance to beach etc. Guess from a price perspective, you get what you pay for!

I will definitely stay here again! I love the location, looking over the pool, the relaxed feeling of the place. Felt safe and secure. Having a washer and dryer was really convenient. Was so good to be able to cook a meal. Really happy!

We liked the unit a lot. Location was amazing. Lovely managers. Stairs were not great for us, we made do, but we had a great outdoor balcony. Free wifi was awesome.

I would highly recommend this property. We arrived outside of office hours but were given clear instruction on accessing the property and the lock box that contained our keys. The apartment was large, looked and smelt clean. The people managing the property were friendly and were out every day maintaining the property. The property is well positioned to easily walk to the beach, twilight markets and the numerous restaurant in surfers paradise. I will definitely be looking into booking this place again during summer.

Overall ok for a budget getaway , close to surfers paradise. However , you are expected to clean out after your stay, throw away rubbish etc. No room service in the 2 days we stayed.
