OK hotell, men ikke valuta for pengene.

Helt OK hotell med bra svømmebasseng og god frokost. Praktisk med garasje. Helt elendig renhold! I tillegg må man tømme søppel og vaske opp før avreise ellers blir det gebyr på 40 Euro! Innsjekk 1700 og utsjekk 1000, veldig tidlig utsjekk!

Suite agréable, spacieuse (numéro 101) mais un peu sombre. Côté positif : super localisation car tout se fait à pied (plage, supermarché, restaurants…) Coté négatif : Insonorisation insuffisante entre les appartements. Bruit extérieur le soir venant d’un bar/boite de nuit à proximité et qui termine très tard…

Globalement très insatisfaisant

Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour dans l’hotel pour les raisons suivantes : - La piscine n’était pas chauffée alors que c’était précisemment cela qui nous a fait choisir l’hotel. Nous souhaitions que nos jeunes enfants puissent se baigner. - Bruit de discotheque insupportable tous les soirs et toutes les nuits. Impossible de dormir et les enfants sont apeurés et n’arrivent pas à dormir. A noter que le lit bébé est facturé en supplément (5€ la nuit du jamais vu). - Le ménage est en supplément pour les longs séjours (7jours ou plus) alors qu’il est quotidien pour les durées inférieurs. Cela est incompréhensible !! Ca devrait être l’inverse, les longs payent le ménage de ceux qui restent deux nuits. - Tout est en supplément (serviette 4€ la semaine, parking 7€ la journée, …). - Mauvais entretien dans les chambres (détecteurs de lumière mal règlés (2 secondes dans les toilettes, 20 minutes dans la salle de bain (lumière visible dans l’espace nuit des enfants…, bandes qui se découlent sur les murs des sanitaires, présence de rouilles sur les balcons (dangereux pour les enfants, …) - Literie pas confortable, vous dormez sur un lit rabatable… - Espaces extérieux peu entretenus à part la piscine qui semble récente mais non chauffée (pompe à chaleur défectueuse. - route d’entrée défoncée gros trou au milieu de la route. Sinon point positif bien situé découvrir le sud d’Ajaccio et l’aéroport. Bilan à fuir les prestations ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles surtout avec des enfants
