Bien ubicado, espacioso, escojan bien la habitación, unas son ruidosas, otra tiene el bidet atravesado a la entrada de la ducha, pregúntenle al staff cual les recomienda. El staff siempre dispuesto a ayudar, responden siempre y tratan de ayudar.

This was a great place to stay. It was safe, clean, and easy to check-in/out. There is no front desk so communication was completely online, but overall it was a great place to stay.

The apartment was great - a simple space to stay with all you need. Some elements a bit outdated but that didn't really take from the overall great stay. What stood out was the incredible service - the staff was so attentive via WhatsApp and always available. Really appreciate how flexible and quick they were!

Stay here every year for a week. Lovely apartment. Clean, well appointed, on a quiet street close to many bars and restaurants. And easy to walk to centre of Palermo. Easy check in and out. Love staying at this place.

Better than a hotel

studio apartment with fridge, microwave, stovetop and oven. Couch and large bed, patio overlooking the street and bathroom with standing shower and bidet. Comfortable and great value, also located directly in Palermo with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, stores or anything you may need.

We booked this last minute as we had to leave our hotel by noon and our flight wasnt untill 11pm. We used it for a late afternoon rest and shower before going to the airport after a hot day walking around BA. This place was an amazing value. Easy check in and good communication on Whatsapp. Very secure entrance. A large studio with a big, clean bathroom and walk-in shower. A large balcony/terrace. Full size fridge freezer and a studio style kitchen. Safe for valuables. Great area for walking - tons of bars/restaurants etc but also minisupermarkets if you stay longer than we did. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a very desirable location, in the middle of the Palermo neighborhood - nice stores, restaurants nearby. However, the experience was marred by the stressful check in process - was asked to contact 24 hrs. before check in, then had to complete a link that would not open, did not receive final apartment info until the morning of check in, etc. It was so hush hush, felt like I was part of an espionage movie... too much for a simple hotel stay! Staff I interacted over text, phone, and in person were pleasant enough, but check in process needs to simplified!.

Room has all basic including kitchen area that is needed for staying for 2-4 weeks. Nice location. Balcony was nice touch. Safe and secure entrance. Friendly people especially housekeepers Catalina and Agustina. Since it is not a hotel there is no regular fresh towels. I think it would be nice to inform people about the process and what to expect and when.

Nice Apartment

It was difficult not having someone to check you in. It took some time to open the lock box. No coffee or tea etc...just a room. The help desk wasn't also available. I bashed into the main doors as it was super clean. Please put a sign as the inside and outside look the same. Dangerous!!!

Nossa estadia foi ótima! Mesmo reservando em cima da hora consegui um preço muito bom. Quarto: muito espaçoso, todo novo e moderno, geladeira, Fogao, cafeteira, sofá cama grande, utensílios de cozinha , tudo muito confortável Prédio: tudo automatizado, mas existe uma sala de Adm no 8 andar para suporte Localização: localização muito boa, bem no meio de Palermo. Pontos que poderiam melhorar: mesmo quarto sendo grande não tem espelho! E a cozinha ficaria 100% se tivesse microondas. Dica: na hora da reserva peça para NÃO ficar no térreo! Meu quarto era do lado do elevador no térreo, era muito barulho visto que era uma área de comum acesso dos hóspedes.
