Nice apartment, designed and furnished like most DMV apartments …modern but small/tight furnuiture. The parking was very expensive $40 per day!! The bed was also very ikea-ish (low to ground and uncomfortable) and the linen had several stains. I would stay again, just without a car.

The hotel is very conveniently located and within walking distance to the NoMa Metro station. The room was clean with basic kitchen tools provided. I did not speak with anyone to check in or check out. We entered the building and our room using the codes provided and just left on check out day, no human interaction at all. The bed was cheap, noisy, and uncomfortable, but not bad enough to prevent us from sleeping. Overall, if the price was right, I would book here again.

No water pressure in the shower. Floor was filthy. No black out shades. Towels had stains on them. Pool table in game room is falling apart. I reached out to hotel numerous times through email, messaging and through hotels.com customer service. No response or help.

Other renters should be aware that this is not a hotel but rather a series of apartments managed by an off-site company. As such, there is nobody to help nearby if something goes wrong. Our arrival experience was terrible. We got into our apartment to find it had not been cleaned since the previous guest... used sheets, towels on the floor and so on. It took a bit even to get the remote support person on the phone, who apparently didnt believe us and asked for photos, which we sent. While waiting for her to get the photos, the cleaners arrived and started cleaning, we we began unpacking. Finally the agent called back with a new apartment for us, and said it was too late the stay where we were. We had to pack up and move. Both apartments, while new and clean, were very sparsely furnished with the cheapest of items. The bed was very poor and lumpy, so much that my wife and I rolled together in the middle. It was too much to face moving again so we put up with this. Also, remotes for both TVs had dead batteries, which we replaced at our expense and trouble. I cant

The head and back ache adventure

The staff at the front desk was not trained properly and knew nothing. The check in process is the worst I have ever experienced. The parking GARAGE is a maze. The bed had us feeling like we were the flinstones sleeping on rocks. The “apartment” was so small and tight. The bathroom and the balcony was definitely bigger than the rest of the room. We had no wash cloths,and no elevator code to move around the property oh and the staff was no help. We where helped more from other people living on the property. 10 out of 10 DONT STAY

Not bad in most ways...

Check in was confusing. Several of the code-pads are falling off their mounts. They are a bit difficult to get the hang of. Perhaps a demo video would help?
