We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable we had an amazing view, the water was hot and pressure was amazing, the floors could have used a good cleaning and I would strong suggest leaving the guests a broom considering we are right there on the beach and sand gets tracked in (i like to clean up after myself) Other than that everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If i were to ever return to Tybee. Lighthouse point would be the only place id consider staying.

Unit was great grounds a little off. One pool closed. Gate to parking was broke, they did fix it. Path to beach had a sign, watch for venomous snakes.

Think long and hard!

The room itself wasn't bad. The housekeeper could have done a little better job cleaning. The rubber thing under the rugs was all bunched up making the rug a trip hazard. The garbage disposal smelt like death. Random bobby pins in the floor. We were on floor C. You have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to your room. Only 2 units on the whole property are ocean view. We booked a room with an ocean view and couldn't see it anywhere. It's about a 10 minute hike to get to the beach. Yes there is a pier but it's only about 20 feet long the rest of the way is hot, loose sand. And don't let me forget the warning sign for venomous snakes on the trail! I got more exercise in this trip than a normal week at work.
