Very noisy

The staff are friendly, I booked a cosy suite room, room presented well, however, it was extremely noisy, there was a lift car park below which would make the whole room shake from the hours of 6am to 1am, people in above and beside apartments extremely loud, poor sound insulation resulting in tv, conversations and footsteps heard at all hours from neighbours. Hard to relax here. I think overpriced.

Es un lugar magnífico, desde la recepción te hacen senti en casa. Es el mejor lugar para poder hospedarse, zona tranquila llena de opciones para comer y disfrutar.

I like the area and the staff was professional, the beds are too small and be ready to wake up during the week at 7 or 8 am due to the noice. The windows are thin but lots of options to choose for dinning, the area is nice and safe.

Está bien ubicada la propiedad. Habitación amplia, baños limpios. Pero el edificio a media noche comienza con unos ruidos y vibraciones nada agradables. Interrumpen el descanso. Tuvimos un detalle con el boiler pero lo solucionaron rápido. El personal bien atento y a disposición.

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, habitación limpia con varios utensilios entre ellos cápsulas para poner café agua un frigobar, la cama es cómoda aunque nos asignaron una habitación en la parte última del edificio. Llegamos algo tarde pero estuvo una persona que nos atendió y dio las instrucciones.

La vista es increíblemente hermosa, me gusta que las ventanas se puedan abrir, la ubicación es perfecta y está en un lugar muy seguro, la vista vale toda la pena, las camas muy buenas y me gusto tener el frigobar y horno de microondas Lo que no me gusto es que a menos de que te quedes más de una semana, no hacen limpieza, el cuarto no estaba tan limpio, las ventanas para nada limpias, la mesa tampoco y el baño con un poco de moho, las sillas viejas y poco cómodas Se escucha mucho el ruido de las habitaciones de a lado pero no tuvimos mucho problema ya que no eran personas ruidosas

La palomera Suite12 de Balsas By Homirent

Reserve con 5 meses antes, pero a pesar de eso nos dieron lo último que tenían ya que nos cambiaron de lugar al número de edificio 33 en lugar del 37 y realmente fue un poco incomodo ya que pacería una cuarto de hotelucho, más bien que una el Suite Confort, no tenía ni ventanas a la calle o al interior, la publicación que muestran es este caso es engañosa y lejos de lo que este cuarto número S12 que le apodamos la "palomera" era, estaba en lo más alto de este edifico, su acceso era con escaleras de caracol muy reducidas, lamento haber contratado estos servicios.

The property was in an excellent location, beside the Walmart Express. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Avenida Reforma was also very close. The area felt very safe. The front desk was always very friendly even if English was limited. The room itself had a great view as we were on a high floor and spacious but was tired/dated and could do with a renovation. Also, the doors and walls were thin. So, it was sometimes very loud when other guests were in the hallway or their unit. Overall, it was generally good value for the money.
