Hotel suites our needs well in location and accommodating a family of four with older children (though minors, counted as adults in most Japanese hotels). The beds are hard, you can request additional mattress though we didn’t. Clean, friendly staff, great location. Very convenient and was a good stay.

Great stay while in Osaka

We loved staying here, first time. Customer service amazing, room was very clean, space was great specially for a family of 4. Location was great next to transportation. Only bad was beds were a bit on the firm side but everything else was great.

It is my second time staying at a Mimaru property in Osaka, and reason for my return is that the hotel offers very spacious rooms suitable for small groups and location is always close by to dining and shopping. This hotel was our most comfortable hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan! For our family of 4 (2 teens) it just fit us perfectly with the 2 extra bunk beds, kitchen, separate toilet room, dining area… highly recommend for those staying in Osaka!

We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping.

Great location, slightly away from main district so there's a bit of peace when returning to hotel. Love that the underground parking is just across the street. Everything was great, especially the staff and condition of room was very clean. Highly recommend.
