Big mistake

It was an overnight stay to be near Trident Hospital for a procedure early in the morning. We were put in the last room on the first floor next to a gate that you can exit to the parking lot. The entire time it was noisy, doors and gates slamming, people walking past or lingering at our windows at all hours, upstairs neighbor coming in late and very little insulation to help with the noise. People back and forth with their dogs next to our door. Our bathroom was not cleaned well, found a razor protective cover behind the door, the shower curtain had dried blobs of what I hope was shampoo all over one side of it. The mattress has a simple thin sheet covering it so transparent I could see the design colors of the mattress. Thats pretty gross that there is no protection for bodily liquids to the mattress. The cabinet under the sink hardware was broken and to finalize it all I stepped in dog crap walking to our room. Needless to say we did not get any rest prior to this heart procedure and I would never stay there again. Might be good if you need to live there for a length of time but the competition down the street is a better option for over night.

I would love to give Excellent ratings, but the smell of smoke was so strong in the elevator and in my room that it irritated my eyes and throat. The room size was wonderful and having a full kitchen was a game changer. Great communication with staff and security was great as well.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel is very very loud. Upon check in they tell you quiet hours are 9pm-7am. However, all nights we were there the people above us stomped all over the floors until the wee hours of the morning. You can smell food cooking from other rooms and hear bass and loud music as well late into the night. The office closes at 8 pm so you cannot call anyone for assistance. You'll need earplugs to stay here with any quiet/ comfort. There was also a pack of tortillas in the room from the last guest upon arrival so Im not sure how well the room was cleaned? It was an okay stay in a pinch but I wouldn't book here again.

This place is fantastic!! I called the staff members because the lobby closed at 5 p.m. and I would arrive late evening, but they accommodated me in the best possible way. Love the place so much!!!!

Working at a local hospital as a travel nurse, this place was perfect. Very close to the hospital, an easy drive, and the place was very clean, safe, and indeed like an apartment! Highly recommend!

There were grease stains on every door in the kitchen and there was an odd smell throughout the unit. The floors were sticky and made noise any time you walked. Also, it looked like someone spilled something in front of the fridge. The washer and dryer worked really well, though.

we stayed from wed-sun. it was clean, new, no smell. however, only had 1 pan for cooking. not like what they have on the photo. could do for an ottoman in the living room area. requested for another room, cause the people next door were too loud, with inappropriate verbiage - an experience you dont want during the thanksgiving holiday.. i didnt know they had long term stay here.- unfortunately, the place was fully booked- so yeah. would probably not stay here again the next time we are in town.

Well..nice and convenient. Price was great. Just a few quirks and improvements needed. The refrigerator doors need to be switched to open the other way, seriously. Could use some dish soap, dish towels and dish washing cloth. Better pans, maybe a sauce pot. Other than that it was okay. Nothing extravagant. I would stay here again.

Property was nice. AC unit did not work in both rooms. We were told we would be credited but we were not able to get new rooms due to over booking. We were then charged for both rooms. Costing not only the rooms. But paying ten times as much for another hotel w short notice. So the place was nice the booking and payment system is insane. I am still fighting for credit on both rooms. All I’m all a complete disaster and it’s still Going on. Expedia was no help either.
